Tired of being the only one pulling all the weight in my friendships

I question my value in a friendship all the time because I'm the one pulling all the weight

"we talked the other day!" Nah, i talked, i tried to get you to engage too and you didn't, I got hardly a reply if one at all. And yeah, there's days where people just don't wanna chat or hang, I get that.

But what i dont get is it being literally every single time i try to interact.

If you wonder why i dont say anything for long periods of time, it's typically because im done trying to pull along something im not convinced you care about.

Again, being burnt out is normal, i get that.

But like, not responding every single time i try to interact over a period of months, maybe even a year, says something different to me personally. This is why I'm confused. This is why i question my value in a friendship constantly

Squimshy Bitties!

Size: 4 cm (1.5 inches) to 6 cm (2.3 inches)

Size Shift?: No.

Diet: Omnivorous, but prefer candy/sweets and veggies usually

Typing

Yellow: tend to be curious, cautious, and the most helpful.

Red: tend to be a bit tsundere, independent, and rash.

Orange: memey, dorky, a bit of an oddball, and lazy.

Blue: memey, cursed memey, energetic, and very adventurous.

Purple: chill, older sibling feel, takes a leader type role in a group, puts other’s needs before themselves, pretty understanding.

Green: energetic, adventurous, sweet, and very bright, often naive.

Abilities: 

Can stretch body to great lengths but limbs can only stay extended for a certain amount of time.

Can form extra physical traits via extending parts of their body; such as a tail, hair, extra limbs, fins,etc.

Can sense their caretaker’s location if said caretaker isn’t too far away.

Ability to stick to any surface.

Doesn’t need to breath/can be submerged in water for a long amount of time.

Able to pick up on their caretaker’s skills very quickly.

Reproduction:

Heats: No.

Can reproduce asexually.

If they acquire an S/O it is a life-long commitment.

Notes:

Squimshys are made of a elastic slime-rubber material, allowing them to safely be squished, squeezed, or pulled around. They can handle being squished just fine, but may suffer a bit of discomfort if poked at too often. Can also suffer typical injuries such as cuts, scrapes, bruises, burns, tears, etc.

They can survive being dropped from extreme heights, Their voice pitch ranges from high to medium, but their voice tones can fall across the spectrum between soft or sweet to gruff or husky. 

Squimshys have a habit of helping their caretaker with their every need- such as: handing their caretaker an item they need when needed, talk to their caretaker when they need emotional assistance, help plan out the day or events, help solve problems in virtually almost any task, etc. 

Squimshys are very intelligent, creative, and wise. Most tend to be observant, and assess situations before getting involved. 

Squimshys make great assistants, service bitties, or helpful companions to those in need of an extra helping hand.
