So I know it's been a bit, some things have come up and I'm a little ehhh right now. Have some drawings I guess

So, um, bad news... I've lost some motivation over the course of a few weeks, so no webtoon for now. I want to in the future, but I gotta gett the details down about the story first, and I'm just not feeling it right now. Hope the singular person who actually cares can forgive me :]

I have some ideas for the characters, not all, but some, and I'm gonna share one of them and give some reasoning for it:

I wanna make one of the characters, probably one of the twins, a femboy. Now, my reasoning for this other than to give some representation and i want to, I guess, is because I feel like they're very oversexualized, among other things. I'm aware there are other groups that get oversexualized, like pansexuals from what I've seen, but I'll also probably make another character pan or bi to draw some attention to that as well. I also might make the femboy ace just to make it more obvious that they shouldn't be sexualized, but they definitely won't be aromantic. The reason for THIS is because I feel like there is usually some confusion between aro and ace people. You can be aro without being ace and vice versa. Now I got the femboy idea also because I might be one along with being a demiboy, and I just kinda wanted some representation. Also, the project founder (I'll get into that in another post) is probably gonna be a demigirl cause I feel they also don't get like any representation.

Also I'm probably gonna make the other twin or just another member of the team just a regular cis het man cause I think it'd be funny for them to be in a group filled with most likely all LGBTQ+ people.

GREAT NEWS!!! I am working on the characters, and i got the episode format down. So I'm going to turn my world into webcomic! It'll take some time, and the comics will come out slowly, but I'll post it on webtoon. Hopefully, it'll be out in like a month, but it'll probably take longer than that

THE SALLLALALLAMMMAMMDNER (UNOFFICIAL NAME). Anyways, it’s basically a giant salamander with four eyes, two on the top in the normal places and then 2 others on the bottom, the mouth is also vertical, and it has a giant frog-like tongue. It has 3 or four arms (not decided yet) 2 are in the normal places, but there's one on top (and one on bottom or two on top if it’s four [or maybe 1 on top and one on bottom]) It has no back legs. It lives in the swamp and I’m debating if it’ll spit venom or sedative or if it’ll have like spikes on its tail that maybe also have venom

It's still in the development, of course.

I'm gonna try to draw more characters from my world, like the mushroom guy and the suits

I've been debating this for a while, and I think I might've posted about this before, but I think I'm more confident about it. Of course, with my current situation, I can't really explore myself too good. It just feels right, but I don't know if that feeling is real or not. I'm gonna say I am for now, but please know I'm not good with this stuff and my feelings and emotions, so if I ever change my mind later, please don't be mad. Basically, I think I'm a Demiboy. He/they and all that stuff, too. With that, some art I made (which I repurposed for some art I posted earlier)

Don't think I've talked about this one at all, but I'm making a new echo, it'll be the equivalent to a human.

I haven't figured out everything, like the whole horn or antler thing. But I think they'll live in small groups living in like the trees or something, maybe on the floor idk. They're gonna have this thing where the inside of their horns glow, and they carve designs into them. That way, the designs would glow. I don't know if I wanna give them clothes or how smart I want them to be, but I want them to be at least a little smart.

I don't know if I've talked about this before, but I also wanna make a game. Basically, you're some random person who lives in the big city with giant walls. After some apocalyptic scenario or something. Now, the town gets its power from a giant dam. The dam dried up a lake that housed a bunch of mutant fish people, and you gotta help them survive. One half would be like animal crossing and stardew valley, the other would be like dead cells, where you have to go out and destroy the dam, beating different levels and floors of the dam. Then, when you finally destroy the dam, itd break the wall and flood the city, and it'll go into phase 2, where you gotta atone for the pain you caused the city and help the 2 sides (that being the citizens and the fish people) coexist. A different route you could take would be one where you try to convince the public and government to get rid of the dam or build something to help the fish people. This one I haven't worked out fully, and I don't know if I'll ever get to developing it more, but I figured I'd put the idea out there.

I'm gonna post a summary of my world and everything, I'll update it and keep it pinned:

OKAY, SO. The entire world I’m making is in black and white and greys, mostly colder tones of gray though, cause I think they look nicer. Neon lights and fire are colored, fire is only red unless you use chemicals. Some animals have bioluminescent parts of them, but those are rare (unless they’re from the void) and some plants and fungus have them too, but those are rare, too (apart from willow and blossom trees) there is this fungus that comes from the void that I haven’t named yet that has spread to most of the world. It infects every living thing, but not everyone is infected, and it rarely kills people, but it does make you weaker, so most die younger than people who aren’t infected. What the fungus does is when you inhale it, it makes its way to your brain and integrates itself into your nervous system, making your brain think it’s supposed to be there. It drains some nutrients from your body to keep itself alive, and it slowly grows from your body. Some people have nerves inside the fungus that grows from the body, so they can feel it, but not everybody. The fungus also has color and some of them glow, but it depends on the person’s DNA. People who have been infected with the fungus have to wear a special mask to stop them from breathing out spores and infecting others (this mask can be customized, but must be specially made) The fungus outside of the void is much weaker than the original one from the void. Speaking of the void, the void is a large forest in some part of the world that I have not decided on yet. The trees are the tallest trees in the world, around the height of hyperion, but it has large and thick leaves to block any light from coming through, so it is pitch black, which is why it is called the void. The trees have these fruits that hang from large vines, which glow dimly. When the fruit grows too large, the vine breaks and when the fruit hits the ground, it breaks open due to the shape, which has an orange slice type thing, which has seeds in it. The void has the most violent and hostile creatures on the planet, so nobody, to the world’s knowledge, lives there. It’s one of the world’s largest mysteries. It’s so large it has different biomes inside of the forest, like the swamp. I have made a few creatures. The mantis (UNOFFICIAL NAME), the Gator (UNOFFICIAL NAME), the slime (UNOFFICIAL NAME), the spider (UNOFFICIAL NAME), the false tree (UNOFFICIAL NAME), and more in progress (like the one humanoid one and the frog one). Almost all of the creatures in the void have some part of them that is colored and bioluminescent. I’ll get into the creatures a bit more in detail later. I’m going to talk about one of the biomes of the void first: the swamp. The swamp has lots of mud and water that is 1 foot deep at its shallowest. It is also home to huge mangrove trees that block out the sun just like the other trees, but the leaves are so thick that when it rains, it collects a kind of lake at the top before it becomes too much and it drops the water onto the ground all at once. Of course, there's also the regular forests, but that’s a little boring. Just what I first described with the tall trees, with tall grass and nothing really interesting. I also might make the void next to the ocean, and have these giant willow trees or giant tilting trees that cover the ocean so I can have some forest void creatures that depend on the darkness. That’s all that I’m gonna write for now, I’ll talk about the echoes (what I call the creatures) when I update this post next.

UPDATE: I’m gonna start writing about the Echoes now. The mantis is basically this huge humanoid creature that has these two mantis-like arms that end in spikes, these spikes are like the proboscis of mosquitos. They use their arms to stab creatures and suck out their blood and organs, it also has this angler fish type light on its head that resembles the fruit of the trees. It’s skin is also the same colors as the trunk of the trees

Next up is the gator, it’s heavily inspired by rainworld’s lizards. It has the general shape of an alligator, but the scales on the head glow a certain color, and all of its skin under the scales glows that same color. There are many different species of the lizard, some of them hunt in packs and others hunt alone, it all depends on the species, their teeth are extremely sharp and a part of their jaws. They also have quill-like spikes on their back

The slime is exactly what it sounds like. A slime. This slime is a transparent black color (due to the monochromatic nature of the world) However, this slime is not like most fantasy slimes (that I have seen, at least.) This slime is mostly a scavenger that finds and decomposes dead bodies. However, if it finds a corpse that is mostly intact, it’ll crawl into its body and pilot it around to help defend itself and kill other creatures to eat. Sometimes it’ll also combine different body parts of other creatures to help it hunt. It’s not easy to kill this creature unless you dehydrate it or burn it alive.

The spider is a strange one, It has five legs and is covered in a thick, hard shell. Its main body is circular, covered in the same shell apart from the center, which is a stretchy substance. Its mouth is the main part of the body, which leads directly to the stomach, which is the sack made from the stretchy substance. The sack can stretch to many times its original size, meaning it can eat creatures larger than it. When it has consumed a creature, its throat closes up to keep the creature in, and then the sack fills with a highly acidic stomach acid, which kills and dissolves the creature quickly. Its saliva is also acidic, but not as acidic as its stomach acid. Its legs can also move in any direction, and it has three tongues. It usually sits on the ground as a bear trap type thing, but can also cling to the sides of trees or on branches.

The false tree is a creature that looks like a tree, but is actually an animal. The mouth is located in one of the indents of what looks like bark, and it has multiple mouths. It has no teeth, and no tongue. It uses its roots as tentacles, and it has “roots” that extend outward for yards that sense when a creature is nearby so it can grab it when it gets close enough. It doesn’t reproduce the usual way, instead, one of its “roots” gets repurposed as a kind of seed that grows into a false sapling that the false tree feeds using the “root” until it grows large enough to feed on it’s own, where it then detaches itself from its offspring.

I wanna make a show taking place in my world. Specifically, the void. It'd follow 4 to 7 characters exploring the void looking for something or just collecting data. Every episode or every couple of episodes, one of them gets picked off by the creatures in the void. The characters would basically be the suit that I made for people to wear into the void with different helmet shapes, for example:

Those are just concepts. But anyway, I need to make more creatures and figure out WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE VOID. Seriously, I still don't know if I want it to he an experiment or magic or natural or whatever. I'm also just bad when it comes to writing characters (mostly dialogue), so... yeah, there's a lot more that needs to be done.
