UnderCartoon lore and rules

UnderCartoon isn’t much similar to the original UnderTale (-the monsters and winner of the fight)

Monsters like normal. Lost the war and got banished, this time, into a tv. Monsters after generations of living digitally, has a loose grasp on toonforce, stronger monsters (undyne type or better strength) has great toonforce potential. They are made of ink, paint, and lead.

Monsters such as sans, Flowey, Flowey?, Flowey!, Asgore, Toriel, Undyne, And Alphys know they are in a cartoon. All the other monsters were coaxed to believing they are trapped In a cave and they can’t escape unless 7 humans break out. humans, that venture to far into a lab and get sucked into a tv. Get placed here. There is a royal guard, yet it’s not as violent, (expect undyne. She’s more violent than anything)
