What about Squid Game - Palestinian Edition?

My friend Fadel explains the terror he experienced through comparison to the show Squid Game:

"The game begins: If you hear gunfire? Drop to the ground immediately! Don't make any movement because the sniper is waiting for you to move to shoot you. You are not allowed to make mistakes. You are not allowed to breathe loudly. You only have 5 minutes to run before you're killed. But the prize isn't millions of dollars. The prize is just a kilo of flour! It's not fiction. This is Gaza in 2025."

Fadel and his brothers recently traveled together to an aid site, hungry and desperate for food. "We were surprised to find thousands of people there, an army and snipers. All the time they're shooting at us 😭😭"

Fadel recounted, "I saw many martyrs die in front of my eyes. Unfortunately we fled and were not able to take any food or anything. Now we have nothing to eat. A bag of flour costs 800 euros, a kilo of sugar costs 100 euros, a kilo of tomatoes costs 50 euros, and a liter of milk costs 80 euros. What's worse is that my medication is about to run out. I don't know what to do. Should I spend my surgery money to buy medicine and food to eat, or what?"

Fadel is not a story. His future is not fated or scripted or set in stone. The way his life unfolds is entirely dependent on the social systems around him and the decisions of people who have resources, especially people like us who are not in active genocide, who get access to income every couple weeks or every month without having to risk our lives.

Why IS al on every ad? Does the gov make him do it to prop up certain industries/create a bond w the public/as part of deals with businesses? Does he like the extra spending money? Does he have a salary normally? Does he do it for the love of the game? Does he actually love marlboros and gasoline and the ad people just have to record him saying those slogans unprompted

Alfred has infinite spending money from his government — the gov tries to enforce an 'allowance' for him, but usually he completely ignores that — So he does adverts and public appearances purely because he loves the attention and fame he gets from it, which in turn benefits his government and corporate America. Companies that have competition with each other will try to bribe him with material items, like jet skis that shoot rockets or private jets with his face on it in order to get 'dibs' on him, but he's very easy to sway so he eventually ends up as the face of all competitors lolol. For both adverts and his public appearances (like if his gov wants him to do a memorial speech) he is given a script, however he typically ad libs it. He does love gasoline and marlboros though.

Hey I hate to be that guy but is there a reason you made the roman empire to be 210 cm tall? Can hetaloids manipulate/stretch the flesh of the body they are inhabiting? I know data is supposed to cover an average and there are still exceptions, and also that skeletal remains only cover an isolated fraction of population but multiple sites scattered across central italy suggest the average height for the romans to be around 160 to 170 (depending on class bc of food accesibility). Now once again he could have found someone that was 210 cm but i think only by specifically searching for a body of that kind. Again sorry to be nitpicking I just wanted to ask if there was a reason behind it.

When a Flesh Beast or homunculus fuses with a human, the host body appearance is manipulated to a degree, and since Rome's flesh beast form was MASSIVE (around 40 meters tall) the human body was 'stretched' out despite how much he condensed his body to fuse with the host. As well, I wanted his human form to look more godlike with the exaggerated height, not so much basing it off of any historical reality and more so giving him this sorta, mythical legend vibe since he was one of the first flesh beasts that tested out fusing with humans.

HETALIA: PANGEA EXPLOSION - LORE SUMMARY

so I've finally got around to making a rough major summary of my au! I tried to explain everything as clearly as I could, there will most likely be future iterations of the doc as I plan to make character profiles and plot outlines etc. So this is, like, version 1 of the document. :)

Can Hetaloids commit cannibalism?

Like if in a scenario where Germany, Italy and Japan are stuck on a deserted island would they eat his flesh or just the human skin, and would he survive?

I mean they can if they wanted to lmao, just like us humans, but they dont need to. hetaloids don't need to eat, however not eating would cause their human components to age faster, so they would need to replace their skin/organs in a shorter time span compared to if they ate regular meals.. but that would still take years for any damage, so no cannibalism needed.
