Anybody's Dress - Bridal Shop Set

When Cottage Living came out last year I grabbed those cute body forms out of the shop window right away and made them deco. And as soon as this set came out you all flooded me with requests to do the same with this set!

But this time I did it even better... I included over ~50~ swatches. The preview picture didn't even fit all of them! I also grabbed a few of the signs out of there so you can complete a bridal shop retail store.

I modified some of the textures so the bases matched the body forms of the CL set. I will go back sometime soon when I get some spare time and add a bunch of swatches to those ones as well!

The signs work as functional retail signs so if you have GTW they will help attract customer to your store. Other than that these are just pretty deco items!

Straight Outta Compost

BGC Functional Compost Bin

Compost bins were requested by several patrons and I think it's a great addition for gardening. So I present to you a base game compatible, functional compost bin!

Your sims can add almost any organic item to the compost bins (if I missed anything, let me know!). The compost bins have a limit of how many items it can hold. You can either drag and drop items individually into the bin through live mode, or by clicking on the bin and choosing '"Add Compostable Items".

The option for "Add Compostable Items" will bring up a picker that searches the world and your active sim's inventory for any items that can be composted. You can choose as many as you want and it will send those items to the compost bin. There is a max capacity on the bin and it is based on the items you put in the composter - in other words larger items will fill it up more quickly than small items.

The items will compost for 1-2 days depending on what/when items were added. You can hover over the compost bin at any time to see what stage the composting is at. Once the composting is complete, your sim can "Retrieve Compost" which will send fertilizer to your sims inventory and empty the bin.

If you have the Cottage Living EP, the fertilizer will be randomly chosen from the BGC super fertilizer and the large crop fertilizers. If you dont have CL, then the compost bin will always give you the super fertilizer.

The bulk of the bin is meant to look like leaves with little food scraps on top which I am kinda obsessed with. For now I just have the one wooden bucket for the bin, but I plan to add more and @syboubou is adding my tuning to her recent compost bin too!

Out now early access for patrons with a public release on September 17th!

I will be doing a livestream this Sunday at 3 PM CST to go over this compost bin and all the goodies I have lined up. I seriously have some good things coming your way.... I want to tell you more but all I am going to say for now is that I am about to change the way your simmies use computers!

The Sims 4 Countryside Cabin Kit

Custom Content Pack - Get now on Patreon [ $5 Stuff Pack Tier ]

Hello everyone! Haven't posted a content pack in a while, deepest apologies for that! Had a bit of a busy summer but i'm excited to get back to posting 🙌

Welcome, to my first ever custom content kit: The Sims 4 Countryside Cabin Kit! This pack is a smaller one, it contains 17 items, but each item is extremely special.

• First-ever Maxis Match frieze, floor trim and roof trim: thanks to my wonderful friend @syboubou i was able to create the first ever set of maxis match fully custom trims, namely a floor, frieze and roof trim! Completely new meshes and textures;

• First-ever Maxis Match staircase and railing: i'm extremely excited to experiment with this more in the future, but yes! I created a set of custom stairs and railings, of course with a matching fence as well. The tall fence comes with a matching gate also;

• First-ever Maxis Match custom roof paint: it was a challenge and a half to crack the code of EA's roof atlas texture, but i did it in the end! This is my first roof texture, i plan on doing more but i'm extremely happy with how this one came out;

• First-ever Maxis Match custom foundation: from model to texture, the foundation pattern in this pack is fully custom! Thanks again to my friend Syboulette 💖;

• Custom Maxis Match column and spandrel: thanks to the wonderful tutorial by the amazing @qolygonal i was able to create a custom column and matching spandrel! They're both fully custom meshes and textures (although simple shapes, i would like to create more intricate ones in the future);

• High-Quality original textures and models: as always, i created every asset from scratch, without re-using EA content. This is a Custom Content Pack and not an official Maxis Studio Pack!

The color swatches are matching with some of the most common ones in the base game build items! Plus, the fun orangy wood tone that is the first swatch for everything that i made myself 🤠

The only items you can search by typing "Countryside Cabin" in the game search box are the windows, door and gate. This is due to game limitations, i'm sorry 😭 The rest of the items can be found in their respective category!

Let me know what you think of this pack, it's a little different from what you guys are used to from me, but i hope you like it! Don't worry! I am not abandoning buy mode items at all, but i had so much fun making this "build kit" i might make a few more in the future. If you have any cool ideas for different themes let me know! Enjoy 💖

Phumo Seating - Sectional Sofa and Chaise

After Dream Home Decorator came out I knew that everyone who asked me to make a sectional would come knocking on my door saying “you said you would make a sectional if Maxis made one!” I am a man of my word and this is my first proper sectional utilising the new system. I will do more, but I will not solely make these as I still prefer the traditional seating and it’s proportions. So don’t expect a lot of these from me, there are some drawbacks and they require a different, more time-consuming process to ensure they look ‘right’ to me. It’s nice to have another option though, and opens up more possibilities in the future.

This set was inspired by mermay and I knew from the start it was going to be late simply because of the number of items that went into it… but at least it’s still summer! :D

The shell jewelry leans towards high poly counts for accessories, with the long earrings being 4464 for close distance. The rest of them are in the 1.3~2.6k range.

This is the color palette for this set, I haven’t used all colors for each item though. Plus 2x50 gradients - White & Black pearls versions available where applicable.

Im-Peck-Able Bird Houses

The Im-Peck-Able bird houses are fully functional bird homes but using the objects from other packs - as requested! They work exactly the same as the 'Flock Of Wild Birds' that came with Cottage Living... with some improvements. The biggest one is that I removed the intense amount of birds flying around the house at all times.

Now birds just fly onto the bird house and chill, fluff their feathers... you know, the usual. They also will fly onto the ground surrounding the houses and peck for food. But what it won't be is an infestation.

I also customized the bird placement for each of the bird homes so they land on the little peg that comes out or on the roof. But all the functionality remains the same!

This is not a replacement - the original EA bird home is still available.
