His birth had been no unextraordinary event. Heavily anticipated by all, for already Dolton was the apple of his parents eye. With wide, insightful eyes and masses of blonde ringlets, he was the epitome of beauty and his parents demand that all were to know it. Through his childhood, Dolton developed as the Lebeau males were intended to. He was cunning, manipulatively so and it aided him throughout every vigorous decision. Be it wrong or right, within the eyes of others, every decision made by him was, the only choice. Upon the birth of his baby brother, however Dolton was not yet prepared to share the spotlight. Yet despite the expectancy of sibling rivalry, he became more so a protector. Perhaps, even invasively. Though, given the demeanour of their first born, a leader by rights, the boys parents never held haste to show with sibling they favoured. Withholding Oliver, within the bitter shadow that had been cast by Dolton himself. Like all young individuals, Dolton was feeble to fall prey towards society. Perhaps, even intentionally falling amidst the scene of toxins, from an early age. He made his secretive name as a drug dealer by trade. None other, but Oliver knew of his brother’s secretive pastime and Dolton was notorious for his anonymity. Until one deal however, Oliver had appeared persistent to aid his brother - to learn his trade, yet being so young and reckless - not yet understanding the dangers, mistakes were made by the young teen. Costing Dolton his freedom. Rather severely. To protect both himself and his brother, Dolton was readily armed and an incredible shot. Upon killing his particularly violent customer - the curse upon his ancestors was to trigger. Unfortunately for Dolton, he triggered his curse during an ongoing feud raging dominance between witches and wolves, a powerful witch had successfully cursed the clan of wolves. Eventually, claiming the livelihood of Dolton too. As the war upon supernatural grew however, the asylum was brought into play. Enlisting the male to endless harrowing treatment alongside his pack. Yet, Dolton Is exceedingly intelligent. He gets what he wants through charm and manipulation. Much like his brother, he feels himself destined for power but unlike Oliver, he is subtle about his conquests.

DOLTON LEBEAU is a twenty-nine year old WEREWOLF played by CHARLIE HUNNAM. He is the brother of OLIVER LEBEAU , the rival of JACKSON MANNING and acquaintance of DEMELZA KEATING. Unfortunately, he is UNAVAILABLE.

Activity check anytime soon?

Of course, activity checks are very important - however, as of yet we aren’t requesting one. We’re aware of which members are on hiatus and as for activity checks themselves, everyone is incredibly active so one will be done, when it needs doing! :D

Absolutely ‘non. We were hoping to gain a few more applications before issuing events & now that summers approaching, we’re hoping that this is going to free up the rp community a bit more & those apps will come in. But yes, definitely events are happening but we’d LOVE some apps too!

Can I have prompts for Danny Rodericks and Molly King?

Of course ‘nonny!Danny Rodericks

Try to explain the things he’s seen via his gifts, within the asylum . The grounds are bound to be riddled with ghosts of fallen victims.

You could explore Danny’s history in a little more depth. How he found out about the similarities between him and his mother, how that made him feel and even more so, how he feels now within the asylum. 

His first few nights within the asylum were bound to have been rough, explore the things he’s seen, perhaps even other people he’s met. Is there anyone inside with similar gifts to him? or does he feel entirely alone?

Perhaps you could explore one of Danny’s appointments with the onsite psychologists. Whether he’s openly spoken of his ordeal or decided to keep silent like most others.

Molly King.

What was she expecting, the first time she took an appointment? Does she want to befriend and help these beings, or mock them like the rest?

Is it difficult for her to refrain from developing personal relationships with her ‘subjects’? does she care for them?

Does Molly realise the extent of the cruelty undertaken by her employers? Has she seen or heard things of inexplicable cruelty? 

Does she regret having accepted the job herself? Explore her emotional attachment to others, whether or not she wants to help her patients in whichever ways she can.

An alpha male by nature, Lucas always found it difficult to submit to his pack leader. However, for the sake of his sibling he remained. There was no lie to the statement ‘power in numbers’, the pack thrived in California, living among the none-the-wiser locals. He still recalls the day their easy-go-lucky life came to an abrupt ending, the day he saw no choice but to remove himself and his sister from the safety a pack provided. Lucas abandoned his life and ran for the hills in order to protect his family, though, this was something, he found, that he could not do properly, the werewolf could not protect his family the way he always believed he could and it wasn’t long before they ran straight into the clutches of the asylum’s recruits. Since his arrival, Lucas has found it extremely difficult to come to terms with his and his sister’s lock down in the unearthly occult, he has no idea how to keep his promise of protection over her, nor how to protect himself against the other wolves in his wing.

LUCAS ATHERTON is a twenty-nine year old WEREWOLF played by CHRIS EVANS. He is the brother of NIAMH ATHERTON, and has been spotted with ALEC FITZGERALD. Fortunately, he is AVAILABLE.

Rebellious by nature, Niamh has always found herself bending the rules, often landing herself and, by default, her brother, in trouble. The young girl triggered her wolf gene relatively early in life, brought up by her sibling, she never knew her parents, nor did she know any life outside the comfort her pack offered. However, her recklessness reached a point where it could not be tolerated any longer, her wolf form appeared to be just as strong as her human mind as it tore through her restraints on a full moon, resulting in the death of a resident of their town. The pack was furious with her behavior, though her state of mind not being truly controllable under the influence of the turn, there seemed to be no excuse that would satisfy them. Always dependent on her elder brother, Niamh pleaded for a way out of her punishment, their only option to abandon their lives and run from the pack in order for her to remain safe. The siblings were close and Niamh knew the sacrificed her brother had took in order to keep her safe, when it came to their capture by the asylum, she could not blame anyone but herself for their outcome. Day in and day out, the young wolf tortures herself for her part in placing them within the Augustine’s clutches, finding it difficult to maintain her previous personality whilst residing in the confining walls.

NIAMH ATHERTON is a nineteen year old WEREWOLF played by MARIE AVGEROPOULOS. She is the sister of LUCAS ATHERTON and has been spotted with AIDAN VANE and WILLOW ROMONOV. Fortunately, she is AVAILABLE.

Burdened by abilities that were lesser than his siblings, Hunter always struggled to win over his parents’ pride, often attempting to better his magic whatever the cost. It appeared, though, that Hunter’s power, unlike his family, was not entirely his, it began draining itself from the minute he was born. Eventually, as a teenager, he was left with no magical abilities whatsoever. Infuriated by his mother’s and father’s nonchalant attitude, he snapped, mercilessly slaughtering the pair of them. Once he realised that there would be no turning back from his actions, he carried out the murders on his siblings too. Their families magic have never been great individually, but Hunter’s particular gift that was otherwise unknown before the deaths of his family brought a particular greatness to it. It was not long after the killings that the warlock soon realised he could once again practice magic, the power of his family somehow obtained by himself. Whilst not understanding why or how such a thing could happen, he didn’t dwell on it for long, instead focused purely on his newly combined abilities. The horrific act did not go unnoticed, though, and his crime spread about the media like wildfire. Unfortunately for Hunter, the Augustine community were no stranger to stories of his nature, and soon wished to meet the boy, which quickly led to his admittance in the asylum. Now residing within the confining walls, he grows anxious, knowing that one day his power will fade.

HUNTER LANGDON is a twenty-four year old WARLOCK played by CHRIS WOOD. He has been spotted with KIAN MCQUEEN and DARCY WINTER. Fortunately, he is AVAILABLE.

Ever since he was a young boy he portrayed strange, perhaps even worrisome behaviours, though, no one quite knew of the extent of Christian’s complexities. With a  peculiar mind that left multiple professionals dumbfounded and left many people expecting the storm that would eventually come, it came as no shock when his outrage finally occurred. He burned down his parents house in a fit, with little regard to whether or not his family perished in the flames, and skipped town. His talents, despite being unknown to the rest of the world, were deemed extraordinary by none other than himself. It appeared darker spirits were more attracted to his psychic abilities than other’s. His mind, though brilliant, was fragile and the spirits found it easy to manipulate him, to control him as though they were his puppet masters. He soon found himself seeking revenge fro the souls of the darker, sinister beings who convinced him that their business was unfinished, Christian soon became a type of bounty-hunter for the dead. It did not take long for him to be found, his crimes over the years may have confused the police and other authority figures, but the Augustines were not fooled by his supposed ‘random’ killings and were fascinated by his intelligence in carrying out the deeds so expertly. Bringing him into the asylum, they intend to reveal whatever it is within him that causes his behaviour.

CHRISTIAN CARR is a twenty-one year old PSYCHIC played by EVAN PETERS. He is the room-mate of WYATT CARTER and has been spotted with DANNY RODERICKS, ARLOW JAMES and DEMELZA KEATING. Unfortunately, he is UNAVAILABLE.

It was not entirely unusual to be a banshee, not as uncommon as the Augustine community believed. The species were simply smart enough not to arouse any attention that was unwanted. With Darcy’s light hair and pale complexion, though, she seemed to truly represent the ‘myth’ of her kind. She grew up surrounded by the supernatural — her ability appeared to be passed down through the generations and it was expected of her to revel in her destiny, which of course she did. Although, such a gift can quickly become a burden where loved ones were concerned. The Augustines began their rounds and the asylum was created, new recruits began their hunt for supernatural beings, appearing even in the remotest towns around the world. Hearing of them struck fear within Darcy’s community, dreams of horror were inflicted — no one seemed safe. When she and her family were found, she hoped her compliance would save them, but it did not. The horrific scene was not something that could easily be forgotten and since her admittance, the girl has remained, for the most part, mute. However, it seems with the recent deaths within the Unearthly Occult that the banshee may have finally found her voice.

DARCY WINTER is a twenty-five year old BANSHEE played by EMILIA CLARKE. She has been spotted with HUNTER LANGDON. Fortunately, she is AVAILABLE.

Of course you can lovely. Here goes;;

Caroline being taken from Mystic Falls and the transportation process to Oregon. Really explore how she’s feeling and what she’s seeing. 

Perhaps explain how she’s dealing with the restrictions on feeding time. Whether she’s adapting and coping, or quite the opposite. 

You could explore her relationships within the asylum. Some may have grown and others weakened. 

I know for a fact vampire’s are a key interest of Augustine, maybe you could explore her undergoing treatment with the so called doctors.

Or even walk us through a  session with an on sight therapist. Whether she’d be open to talking, or instead lashing out, refusing to talk despite needing to.

I noticed there are characters specifically from The Vampire Diaries. Do we need to be familiar with the show?

Not at all lovely! The rpg in general is very AU based and quite OC reliant. We decided to introduce a few familiar faces from the show to provide a canon option for variety, but you don’t have to have seen it to join. :)
