芦 Mitred star 禄 Dedicated to Zar Malik. Poem written in November 2024.

Text
there are marks of a single love
ended in the bones of the soul
and it was not within my knowledge
to live to understand.
it was sensual the way you moved your fingers on the back of my neck
and said goodbye
like someone who brought me into the world
the cigarette is no longer between your fingers.
between bars
backyards
constellations
I would return
through your seas of stars
because if I could change anything
I would pull chains from vases
and let them fall shattered on the ground
just to remember the flowers I didn't pick
and remained dead
it was no secret that I loved you
but I didn't know what you were
and if you were gone
it ran through my hands like blood down the drain
I gave you days
and lost nights thinking about you
an ending impossible to change
scenarios so well constructed
and worlds so distant

"I stare at your eyes in the morning and you smile for me, a new chance to hold your heart in my hands, in the same way that I make your face like a shell and I rest my tired body on yours. And you love me back without asking for much in return. Because our crossed and chosen paths know their way home. Overwhelmed by what unites us as one, a unity of strength and passion in feeling, longing to live in each other every day. I see you seeing life, curious and modest, mysterious in flat waters. While in the same second you envelop me in waves that do not make me afraid of what awaits me deep inside you, of what you deeply feel for me. And I have known love, forever to be yours."

There is no need to put me in my place,
when I humbly made myself known where I stood.
of having done what I condemned the most.
a departure that pierces the soul,
full of secrets
unspoken,
unseen,
by no one.
except for my soul,
which is the exact size of your heart.
a place where it belonged so sweetly
and which now mercilessly embitters.
because I think about you so much
that it hurts.
because I want you so much
that it tears me apart.
and makes me hold on to what we had,
among flowers and stars
the green of the grass,
the fatal blue of your eyes.
burning touches.
the desire to love
and wish
a whole life by your side.

I have told you secrets so that you may keep them and know that they are oaths of what runs through my veins for you.
There is no way to measure what I feel about you,
what blinds me,
what makes me unable to breathe,
what breaks me.
and none of it is painful.
is deeply tormented by what encompasses my chest,
my heart,
my soul.
that humbly carries what has forever belonged to you.
my eternal devotion
that cries out every night that you have me,
knowing that I am what is for you
marked like iron
like your fingers on my hip that dig the sweetest pain you are capable of doing when you say
whispering
that you would die for me.

you are the constellation that now returns to the orbit it always belonged to
but in a different place
one that occupies with a brightness that for a time had wavered
bandages are done every day because although we live stagnant, there is a genuine care
of healing
stars were extinguished so that new ones could shine

following an unusual path
that I often doubted
stoning flowers and you
the one who despite everything kept my only version of myself with you
a leap into the future that we could have in our hearts
an unevenness of lives
now lost in space and time for months that drag on like years
painful
full of thorns
and certain that for a while you would not be mine
I drag myself through the streets filled with the desire to forget myself inside you.
because if I keep lying to myself,
the corrosion already shows signs of failure
of illnesses that I never wanted
and a story that has come to an end
I wander for you
dreaming
wanting
ardently
what we promised each other
calling us

"You have shined from the morning that wakes you up to the night that falls asleep. What radiates from you is a light capable of healing the sharpest pain in my chest. I see you, unique to you, being what you want every day and that keeps me inspired. Because I can witness each time you act like a shooting star or remain bright in the sky. You don't waver, you don't shine once or twice, you just remain. And you know many things. You have a story, you have a true spirit, like a song of the night that sees everything like no one else has known how to see and knows the universe from the inside out. You are fascinating, incomparable, unstoppable and beautiful. My star. The one that when I look at the sky, I recognize and wave to without fear of losing. Because I know that you have already found yourself and allowed me to do the same."

"There is a thread that connects us. I can see how far this thread travels, going around and around the solar system and the rings of Saturn. It is a long journey. It is a beautiful and long journey. Upon reaching a final destination among the stars, the thread collided violently with the universe of destinies that, upon its final landing, intertwined the two of us. Marked. Like two comets that now take their place in the world. Individual. Natural. They dwell in the simplest touch that the bond is capable of encompassing. Purely sweet, there is a feeling. And we both know what it is. During that night, covered in stardust, a small pulse was felt through our veins. There you were. And with the bond... Us."

Creature of cosmic nature
finds itself on its own path
unable to be seen by other eyes
It takes much more than a brief glance to know what permeates its orbit
covered by stardust
Its true form is ancient
wise
serene
In shades of lilac
Its most beautiful and unique version has walked for lives
and I found its part here
between grains of sand and a grassy yard
It is the reign and kingdom of a star
the one known by its creator
papers under the wall telling our stories and memories
I am seeing your smile through your brown eyes
so warm that they soothe cold nights
giving space for spring.
countless touches and your hair tied to your face, saying our entanglements and an
I want you
intoxicated by what you exhale and intoxicate.
I repeat again how much i want you as i write for the countless time
what has connected me to you.
It exists and it is.
Love.

with you the days are lost in space and time.
uncounted,
unspoken by any of us
because we made it ours
only to be felt with an intensity that freezes all our moments,
and in them I see everything we did
in the increasingly intimate memories
between touches and permanent marks of traces and drawn contours,
on the skin and in the soul,
unique in their own way
perceived by new kisses and smiles.
it's as if I saw you for the first time
when I wake up each morning
a wolfish smile permeates your lips
and your hands are over my heart, counting the silent beats that are telling me how much I love you.

a star took shape in human life
and in it, shining, lies the light that guides good things
remains unique and true to itself
finds its way in the curves of the universe and genuine joy.
you are everywhere
dwelling in a thousand lives
pouring out beauty
and wild grace
I want to know what is on your mind
and with one request,
follow the compass that will guide me towards your heart.
maps on your body
and strong traces of pure satisfaction
that in your gaze,
could make me with such adoration
go to meet you countless times.
I wait for you anywhere in the world, ready to hold you in your hand
and see that your name was always marked in heaven.

I saw a sea in your eyes,
with waves strong and overwhelming
enough to envelop me
towards you
truly guided
by each star that you,
in the gentlest way,
showed me.
each bright spot
was a mysterious path
of countless and most sincere discoveries
of small silent vows
that were forming between us
and that everything was connected
since the universe belonged to both of us for the identical hours through a sign
and a light.
in the most intimate moment
I knew what ran
through my body,
bones
and blood,
two stars, united as one.
now,
a single star positioned in the center of the ink sky
the junction of venus and the tomorrow star shining
peaceful,
sweet
and serene,
for me.
then, i found you.

and even if I speak of all the stars I have counted for you,
what I have measured will be insufficient to compare how much I have loved you.
even if they shine and continue to die to be born
nothing will come close to the feeling
that lives buried and hidden in my chest.
sometimes overflowing,
sometimes hiding,
and when it overflows
the light that comes out meets yours
with a brilliant mitred heart
and beautifully
rebellious
when it hides.
it is at night that we confide in each other, whispering lullabies
and telling bedtime stories.
you smile
and the world stops for a little while
just so I can hear the sound of your heart
that
overflows and hides for me,
mitred and brilliant.
you are equally my star.

Because there are infinite paths
that take me directly to the sea of eternal stars in your gaze.
Because I could easily lose myself in you,
without fear of returning to the surface.
I found the deep path
that takes me to your dewy nature,
to the warm sunflowers in your backyard,
to the velvety touch of your hands on my face.
I will ask in whispers
what you most desire
at the end of each day,
ready to make love
our only medicine
for every morning
and every night of
sweat,
sighs
and smiles.
A little more of you becomes present
everywhere our world turns.
In detail,
I keep you in my mind,
unable to forget you.

Sacramented guiding my eyes
to an altar where I have cried out for passion.
As the sun guides the night to its home,
you have guided me to you,
hiding me in the shadow of stars
to find you.
In the last cluster of the night sky, sentenced to a voracious eternity
of finished feelings
that were once so well kept
and now expose themselves carefully stuck in the ground
of the great yellowish and salty ball.
Now it's sweet what I feel,
nestled in my heart,
pumping through my veins
this endless immensity of longings and desires.
Plural to my desires
too many
to show you what I have been feeling.
Return to the path of the starry seas,
to the path of backyard flowers,
to the castles of countesses and viscounts.
Come back to me.
