Can’t believe it’s been 20 years since the day everything changed. #september11 #2001 I still remember it to this day. Pretty much everybody remembers what they were doing on this morning. I was 8 years old getting ready for school, just having breakfast while watching cartoons before school, then all of a sudden a image of a hole in a building with just black smoke bellowing out. My mom thought my dad was watching a movie so asked me to change the channel so I grabbed the remote and switch through all we had and every single one had the same image. I just said to her “it’s on every channel” that’s when they knew it was live and I wasn’t the wiser. I just watched until I was sent to school and that was that. This post is remembrance to all those we lost, all the first responders and to the civilians we lost. Got there early so I can get close enough to the stage and this was live so nervous of who was gonna see me lol But I came out earlier that year so didn’t bother me as much haha But ahhhh the Jonas Brothers! I was so close 😅 So after that I had a ticket for there show at the Rogers Centre and holy hell that place is huge! Was pretty far away but it was alright, got to see the Jobros earlier that summer.
