Brian from the mechanisms has NPD. He often says things that people think are cold and cruel, without meaning them to be. Brian shows how he cares differently than most and it can sometimes bother people or make them think it doesn't love or care for them. Brian is loving, and tends to show it through different ways such as pebbling. It also has chronic pain, specifically in its feet and legs, often getting migraines too. He likes to cuddle in a nest with its partners in free time and act as a heater for them.

Headcanon pronouns used: He/they/she

Marius Von Raum is hypermobile, specifically he has hEDS (hypermobile EDS). Their joints dislocate easily, especially her mechanized arm and knees. Marius' skin also bruises easily, so it's not uncommon for his crewmates to see them covered in bruises. They get dizzy when standing up along with their heart rate going up. Marius gets fatigued often, and spends a lot of time in the infirmity, and ended up liking it there eventually. Marius also gets heartburn, and has to be conscious about his eating habits. Marius is a wheelchair user for the most part, and decorates it with medical notes and charts. He is stubborn and refuses help a lot, but accepts in dire situations begrudgingly.

Headcanon pronouns: it/it's + neos

Myc has histrionic personality disorder, it is described as flirty, strongly opinionated, with a desire to be noticed by those who know Myc. Since it is so intense, people often feel uncomfortable around it. Myc has troubles with its emotions, figuring out what they are and expressing and regulating those emotions, it has a tendency to think it's relationships with people are closer than they are. Myc isn't the best at communicating it's feelings, and often feels let down by a lack of enthusiasm from people. Myc is very enthusiastic and entertaining, and it's friends refer to it as the life of the party. It feels a sense of comfort around it's friends, and doesn't show affection or gratitude often due to embarrassment, making it special when it does.

Brett Hand has RSD and low self esteem. He feels physically ill whenever someone doesn't like them or makes him feel a sense of rejection. It self isolates when anyone has anything remotely negative to say about him (though it lasts short periods of time), and it's very detrimental to him and the way they interact with people. Brett is also autistic, and it used to be horrible in social situations, until Brett realized he should just agree with everyone so no one will get mad. Because of the neglect from him parents, Brett had "imaginary friends" as a child that was later suspected to be DID. It is a questioning system. Brett also is suspected to have a chronic illness of some kind, but pushes it off.

Reagan Ridley from inside job is autistic has NPD, which effects the way she interests with people. He lacks empathy but still cares for others, just has a difficult time expressing this care and it's not the typical way people care. He is often told she disregards peoples feelings, and it's not purposeful on her end. Reagan is described to be a difficult and intense person to be around, but cares for the tight-knit group he has.

Marius Von Raum from The Mechanisms is autistic, and gets infantilized by people because of it, which he hates. Marius is also a system, which causes him to forget chucks of memories. Traumatic memories are "held" by those in the system. Marius also has chronic pain, specifically in her knees, legs, and arm. Marius struggles with derealization and dissociation constantly, and he can't tell which emotion they're feeling at the moment sometimes, and may have the "wrong" emotion for situations (ex. Thinking he's mad when they're sad, or acting angry when he feels happy).

Sapphire from Steven Universe has panic disorder, she experiences unexpected panic attacks for no reason. These are a huge stress on her, causing her to further panic she will experience more. These can cause her to not want to leave one place too long. She is also a system, which can cause derealization during panic attacks and confusion. She becomes confused often while dissociating, and identity confusion is a big stress for her system.

Fluttershy from My Little Pony has social anxiety, and often sweats, is extremely overwhelmed, and feels nauseous in social situations. Even mentioning past social situations is enough to cause her to shut down in fear and embarrassment. She goes through major depressive episodes alongside this and tends to self isolate, making those around her resent her. She is overwhelmed easily in these situations and closes herself off from others, causing bigger resentment. She is also selectively mute due to anxiety and will only talk to certain ponies, the ones she trusts most.

Fluttershy often age regressess to cope with stressful situations, and it helps her out a lot.

Sunset shimmer from My Little Pony Equestria Girls is a cane and crutches user. It's pain is in it's legs and back due to being a pony and crossing through worlds, it never get used to the weight distribution. It is also is a system and has big gaps in it's memory, it keeps a diary to figure out what goes on when it forgets and tried to consult Twilight about it once to no avail. Pinkie pie picks up on it and helps fill it in and helps with diary entries!
