Black Women's Justice starting 2021
To do list for black women and allies:
petition for Supreme Court to declare misogynoir a hate crime
petition for Supreme Court to raise measures for the protection of black women's safety
petition for Supreme Court to criminalise and force disciplinary action for workers - teachers, nurses, doctors, surgeons- whose neglect affect black girls and women
petition for Supreme Court alongside class action lawsuits to ban the distribution of medical and biology textbooks that reenforce the misinformation that black women do not feel pain
petition for Supreme Court to criminalise the prejudice and discrimination against Afro hair
I believe in you, and I'm here for anything that's going to benefit us. Don't ignore this, as you'd do yourself a disfavor neglecting issues that we should prioritise.
To my already existing allies: Thank you for lock-stepping with us and using your platforms as digital megaphones to amplify our goals, concerns and voices.
I would like to thank in advance for the actions that you will take.
Let's start by contacting our Representatives:
Find your Reps email here:

Here is a verified template about stopping Black femicide (words in bold need to be filled with your name etc.). Use the appropriate Title, e.g Representative John Doe , Senator Jane Smith, Councilwoman Jane Doe, if applicable.
Dear (TITLE AND FULL NAME OF REPRESENTATIVE),
My name is (FULL NAME), and I am a resident of (COUNTY, CITY) in (STATE). I am writing to bring your attention to the crisis of disproportionate harm and death Black women face in our region and across the nation.
Black women/females like myself face incredibly high risk and mortality rates across every spectrum of our society. Recent movements have put the spotlight on the adversities faced by Black communities overall but have neglected to address those leading these movements while simultaneously being the most statistically vulnerable, Black women/femmes.
I am calling on you as my representative to begin the process of having Black women/femmes recognized as a protected class. According to a report produced by the National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) and the Institute for Women’s Policy Research, Black women face extreme disparities in political participation, employment, poverty, health, and safety. All while More than 80 percent of Black mothers are the primary breadwinners in their households.
More upsetting is the fact that Black women experience the highest rates of homicide of any racial group in the United States, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Black women consistently show up and do the work of protecting and cultivating our communities. We now insist that our government commits to doing the same for us on every level.
Through a collective initiative, we have compiled a beginning list of demands for our officials to meaningfully address these disparities and protect Black women/femmes.
Black women must receive the following:
State and federal funding for shelters specifically serving Black women/females and our children.
federal and state funding for grants to provide Black women/females and children with mental health services by Black therapists and doctors.
Receiving protection from the United Nations as a protected demographic.
Agency to have our departments of affairs and oversight like those provided to Native Nations as a protected class.
Tougher laws and sentencing guidelines for Black men who harm Black women/females and our children. Crimes against us should be categorized as gender-based violence and should have severe consequences.
Classifying Misogynoir as a hate crime. Introduce bill NMMN2020 (No More Misogynoir 2020)
Microloan programs for Black women/females
Black women-led groups that focus on community-oriented protection like self-defense neighbourhood watches and community welfare checks.
Establishment of Guardian Ad Litem programs that focus on Black children and their unique challenges,
Banning interracial adoptions giving Black families priority in adopting our children.
Online and in-person classes providing expert legal education to Black women on the law and our rights.
Resources and official assistance in obtaining gun permits.
Funding for the sae communal living for Black women/females and our children that will not have male influence or admittance.
These are the beginning steps that we understand each has layers of work behind them. The time to begin that work is long overdue.
I look forward to your response on the next steps.
Sincerely,
