five times kissed!

five times our muses kissed

          i.

      she looks smug, lips curled up from previously outright kissing him, and he’s definitely been caught off guard and he knows he’s not going to underestimate her the next time around.

          ii.

      he fails. she tangles fingers in his shirt and pulls him closer, and her lipstick leaves an impression on his. then she’s walking away, and he knows she’s still wearing the smile from the first time.

          iii.

      his eyes are dark and she looks supremely PROUD, and it’s half Bonnie and Clyde if they weren’t human. and were oh so hungry. his hands aren’t gentle when they grab at her hips and those bloody kisses left on his throat are hers. ( though, the owner of the blood itself is a mystery. )

          iv.

      she’s not surprised when Talia crawls into the wide bathtub with her. water drips off of Danny’s long fingers and she’s never going to be able to understand Talia, but she still enjoys the sigh the kraken exhales when dark lips press a kiss to her shoulder. ( it doesn’t matter that her hand disappears underneath the hot water. )

          v.

      worship. something that could be tacked to the way he’s giving her attention, trailing annoyingly slow kisses down her chest and belly, and further——
