what will happen in Young Royals season 2 (unwarrented analysis)

ok I just heard that Young Royals SEASON TWO will come out on November 1st (*faints*), and my brain got overwhelmed by thoughts like “what’s going to happen???”, so...I decided to write my thoughts out. Unwarrented analysis, let’s go

 1.     SIMON: BETRAYAL & PAIN

my guess is: Simon is going to suffer. 

like, he was already feeling betrayed/lonely/ashamed at the end of season 1 because of the video posted by August, his sexuality and intimacy being revealed to the whole world...

BUT the thing is: he DOESN’T KNOW who posted the video. only 5 persons know about August posting that sh*t online : Wilhelm, his mother (the queen), Felice, Sara, and August himself of course. WHICH MEANS that at least 2 of the persons he trusts and loves the most in the world (his lover Wilhelm and his sister Sara) are keeping this secret from him. Simon was already feeling betrayed at the end of season 1...well, your suffering hasn’t ended yet Simon💀

(and this breaks my heart because Simon is GOLD ok he doesn’t deserve people keeping secrets from him). 

 2.     WILHELM: ANGRY, LONELY

I think Wilhelm holds so much anger inside of him, and I don’t really know how it’s going to turn out, but here are my guesses:

-Wilhelm will face his mother. at the end of season 1, he is angry at his mother for never showing him any affection, and being 24/7 focused on keeping up appearances. I don’t know how, but I’m sure there will be a making up between Wilhelm and the queen. 

-he will love Simon, without caring about what other people say/think. one of the main theme in season 1 was APPEARANCES, and how Wilhelm is more and more disgusted by the world of appearances (how everyone is fake around him, except for Simon). yeah, Simon was kind of his lifebelt in the hurricane of hypocrisy. I’m pretty sure season 2 will be about Wilhelm becoming able to help Simon (instead of just being helped by Simon). I don’t know if that’s clea, but it makes sense in my brain anyway

-about August: ok Wilhelm is VERY very angry at him. I really hoped Wilhelm could forgive August, but after seeing the trailer of season 2 (Wilhelm burning August’s photo), I’m not so sure anymore haha🙃🔥......

     3.    FELICE: DETECTIVE, SECRET KEEPER

ok I looove Felice, and I love her “detective side” (like when she discovered August posted the video). 

I have a gut feeling like she will discover Sara and August’s relation. first, because she’s a great detective; and also because she knows both August and Sara very well (August is her ex, and she is now best friend with Sara). so it would be logical that she discovers their relation. my question is: how will she react to it?...badly, in my opinion. 

I also have a gut feeling like she’s the one who will tell Simon about August posting the video. I don’t really know why, but I feel like neither Sara or Wilhelm will tell Simon about it. Yeah, it’s gonna hurt really badly for Simon. 

4.     SARA: DREAM OR NIGHTMARE?

during season 1, Sara dreamed of fitting in. now she will finally enter Hillerska’s Internat (boarding school), so her dream is coming true....but all is wrong. 

-first, her relation with August is TOXIC (he is manipulating her, she is blackmailing him. please help). well, August IS toxic anyway. 

-and then, her relation with her brother is F*CKED UP because she’s keeping August’s secret from him. 

the only person she can really trust is Felice, except if Felice becomes angry at her for keeping August’s secret...

5. WHAT HAPPENED TO ALEXANDER???

remember that guy, Alexander, who was evicted from Hillerska because he was carrying August’s drug? well, I’m just wondering if this guy will just disappear from the show, or if he will come back and try to reveal the truth? (if so, it would be a great way for Wilhelm to get rid of August, by denouncing him. but this would also mean denouncing Simon, because Simon is the one who sold the drugs to August......ok my brain is melting now)

6. AUGUST: MENTAL HEALTH, MENTAL HELP

Finally, August. to be honest, I pity him. he seriously just needs to face his traumas and mental health issues. I hope he will realize that he needs a therapy, and I hope he will get better (because anyway how could it be worse??)

CONCLUSION
