why did you decide to "come back" to posting your art?? asking in the best of ways like I'M SO HAPPY that you came back, especially with nsfw art, i'm just curious 👀

hahah I came back to posting specifically the nsfw commissions I've done! Because I needed extra money😅✨ Last year I moved to a new house (which is awesome) but spent all my savings plus extra on furnishing the place (which is not so awesome) and started struggling with my regular expenses, which was my push to reestablish my redbubble store and to do some commissions I'd enjoy! I feel so grateful to get to do that!! and to have something to share as a result🥰

hi what are your thoughts on korra, mako, asami, bolin, aang as a father in TLOK

Love Korra! love her struggles, she feels a bit more real and therefore fulfilling than Aang (prob cause Aang's just a kid). Asami is a bit underdeveloped imo but I do love her, just wished for more of her, more realness idk... Mako and Bolin are cool, honestly no particular feelings, I'd probably need to rewatch TLOK to have some thoughts prompted about them lol And when it comes to Aang as a father... flawed, of course, but aren't all parents...🥲 his absence and neglect (towards Bumi and Kya) sucks, even though I understand it. Though my biggest beef is with Katara in TLOK, ie not with Katara but with the writers. She was such a fierce badass fighter, and they reduced her into just another nice old healer lady. Not that there's anything wrong with that role, it just doesn't entirely feel like the Katara we know...

What would you want to change in canon?

To preface, I don't really care/want to change canon, and this is because I get all of the empowerment and fulfillment that I need from the fandom and fanon content :)

But basically I would just want better, more aware development of some characters and plot elements, so like I would include more women and give them more character and dimensionality, put more thought into the Slytherins, I would make it more explicitly queer (like with Dumbledore especially, but also more queer characters/relationships), more diverse in general (race, ability, gender, etc.), and I would add more mindful thought and fulfilling resolution to some topics like the elf slavery thing, Snape/Lily thing, Dumbledore as a guardian thing, the cookie-cutter epilogue, etc.🙏

let people enjoy fictional characters goddammit😩😩😩 is this discourse still a thing??? of course it is😩 at this point i soooo do not care hahah people can complain about whatever they like, i'm still the artist and it's my art and i can draw whatever i like! i am always open to be corrected, i've gone through change of perspective many times during my years in fandom, but so far i like my mixed race hermione and i'm not intending to change that purely because some white people are being karens 🤦‍♀️😁

to recap my position, i do believe that originally jkr imagined her (and harry) white but her text was never explicit enough to define their ethnicity/skin color. so whether intentionally or not, she left room for interpretation and everyone is perfectly free to fill in those gaps however they wish (or even change canon to their headcanons, for that matter, fandom is a free country lol). as an example: if a black girl is reading harry potter and is picturing hermione to look like her, you're gonna tell that girl that she's wrong to do that??? gtfo😩

hello! Which characters of next generation you think about /have headcanons about them?

primarily albus, scorpius, and maybe teddy🤔😇 i do like the weasleys and victoire and stuff too but the three above i think about much more. i love to think about teddy when it comes to post-war drarry, i think andromeda/teddy definitely come into the picture in some of those scenarios. and albus/scorpius is a ship i enjoy in general! the only headcanon i recall off the top of my head for them is that they wear "friendship" bracelets, i think i always draw them wearing those haha
