At the museum you can make your own Cup Noodles concoction. I used the classic soup base, added pork bits, green onion, corn and something else I can’t remember now. Anyway, if you find yourself in Tokyo, get on the subway to Yokohama and check this place out. One of the most fun days I’ve had while reporting.

It’s been a while
I am just halfway towards another school year. Halfway=2months and it means 2 more months of staying inside the house, watching youtube videos and offensive noontime filipino TV shows, ruining my sleep cycle and eating foods i should just be eating in moderation. This vacation is very much like my past vacations, boring and unproductive except this time I have 4 months due to that calendar shift.
4 months ago:
Gosh! 4 month vacay = YAY!!! I should definitely be sending out application forms/resumes so that my 4 month vacation will be worthy. I’m totally having a summer job, I don’t want to just stay in the house doing nothing.
3 months ago:
Finding a job will be totally easy anyway so I’ll just finish everything school related stuffs first.
Exactly right now:
*scrolling my FB feed* I have the most boring summer ever :(

KEEP your NOTES clean and organized: Mas nakakagana mag-aral kung maayos at may sistema ang inaaral. use colored pens for keywords. Sticky notes for illustrations. draw an arrow for side notes. gumamit ng bullets, diagrams and symbols. keep your notes concise. i-avoid ang napakaraming words. summarize! It’s easy to absorb and retain information if you have a good notes.  Biochemistry notes courtesy of Franchesca Grepo, RPh. (theilustrado)

1. Making and Keeping a Study Schedule
Set aside certain hours of each day for study just as you do for nourishment and sleep. Keep the same schedule faithfully from day-to-day. The amount of time needed for a study will vary for each individual based on skills with the subject matter. An average of two hours of study each day for each hour in class is recommended. Going to class is only the beginning; the real work begins afterward!
2. Studying in an Appropriate Setting — Same Time, Same Place, Every Day
If the concentration is your problem, then the right surroundings will help you greatly. Your study desk or table should be in a quiet place – free from as many distractions as possible. You will concentrate better when you study in the same place every day. It’s a mindset. For example, when you sit down at the kitchen table, you expect to eat. When you sit down in an easy chair, you watch TV, etc. Developing the habit of studying in the same place at the same time, every day will improve your concentration.
3. Equipping Your Study Area With All the Materials You Need
Your study desk or table should be equipped with all the materials you might need to complete the assignment, e.g., pencils, pens, erasers, paper clips, stapler, dictionary, snacks, and liquid refreshments, etc. For some assignments, you may require a calculator or other supplies. With your materials at hand, you can study without interruption. If you have an answering machine, let it do its job during your study time. You can return the calls after you have finished studying. Taking your snack food and drinks to the study location will eliminate those endless trips to the kitchen which break your concentration.
4. Not Relying on Inspiration for Motivation
Can you imagine an athlete-in-training waiting for inspiration to strike to practice in preparation for an event? Of course not. They train daily to stay competitive whether they want to or not. Like the athlete, you must get in training for tests and examinations by doing the assignments and preparing daily through review to be ready for the action.
5. Keeping a Well-Kept Notebook Improves Grades
Researchers tell us that there is definitely a relationship between orderliness and high grades. Knowing where to find your materials when you need them is crucial. Keep a special section for each subject in your notebook as well as a semester calendar so that you can write down all important assignments as they are announced. Having all of this information together in one place is vital to your success. A well-kept notebook is a part of good time management. If you’ve ever misplaced an important assignment, you know how much valuable time can be lost looking for it.
6. Keeping a Careful Record of Assignments
Put it down in black and white—including the details—and keep it in your notebook. Knowing just what you are expected to do and when you are expected to do it is the first giant step toward completing important assignments successfully and on time.
7. Reviewing Material Frequently
A student who does not review material can forget 80% of what has been learned in only two weeks! The first review should come very shortly after the material was first presented and studied. Reviewing early acts as a safeguard against forgetting and helps you remember far longer. Frequent reviews throughout the course will bring rewards at test time and will alleviate pre-test anxiety.
  Small tips
1. Walk Before An Exam
It’s been proven that exercise can boost your memory and brain power. Research conducted by Dr. Chuck Hillman of the University of Illinois provides evidence that about 20 minutes exercise before an exam can improve performance.
2. Speak Out Loud Instead of Simply Reading
Although this may make you look a little crazy, give it a go! You will be surprised how much more you can remember when you’ve said it out loud. Warning: Don’t try this in a crowded library!
3. Teach What You Have learned
The best way to test if you really understand something is to try to teach it to someone else. If you can’t get anyone to listen to you explain the Pythagorean Theorem, why not teach a class of stuffed animals!
4. Listen to the Correct Type of Music
Although some studies say that listening to music while you study isn’t good, for many people it’s vital. It’s calms them down, which can lead to productive studying. Music can also help elevate your mood and motivate you to study longer.
5. Practice, Practice, Practice…
Practicing sample answers to past exam questions can help train your brain to retrieve information.
6. Don’t Stay Up All Night Before an Exam
Make sure to get adequate rest the nights leading up to your exams. When you sleep, your brain assimilates the information you have learned when studying so getting a good night’s sleep will help you remember those pesky maths formulas you need for your exam!

IDK why. IDK how. IDK now
I am really confused right now! Like really really confused! Should I or should I not? I still have like 10 hours to think about it but 10 hours is so fast if you’re on a critical situation like this. I have never been so confused in my life. Should I continue or should I stop?
I should analyze this situation carefully and weigh the pros and cons.
PROS:
1. Another experience 2. Continuing of something that I started 3. Moments I could never forget.
CONS:
1. Cost (transpo,food) 2. Time consuming. 3. I am so not prepared!
Will the pros outweigh the cons? Pretty much it looks like yes but I think I need more time to think about this.

Power = Responsibilities
I am always cautious to handle a position for I know the responsibilities that comes with it that’s why I can’t understand those people who have guts to accept power and totally deny the responsibilities.

Emotional pain is self-inflicted but induced by others.
Narealize ko lang yan. No one can hurt you emotionally kasi you hold your own emotions. Stimulated lang siya ng ibang tao pero ikaw mismo ang sumasakit sa sarili mo. Diba? Deep shit.
