Woman down. I've got the lurgy that 12yo had last week. I baked two batches of cookies last night before I started to feel properly dreadful. No Knead Bread just out of the oven and smelling delicious. Second loaf just gone into the oven. It's a bulk baking day for me. Back from an adventure with 4yo, we had a great time. Completely child led outing. We travelled to town and back on the bus, saw the Christmas lights, sat in the driver's seat of a Tesla, visited the library, had a tea party, went up and down escalators a dozen times, and up and down in a lift three times. I've baked a double batch of chocolate brownies to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary today.
