Hello, hi!! Sorry for disappearing, I’ve been busy. This one decided by the results of the poll i posted, so here you go:

Johnlock living together after The Final Problem -edition! (No angst :D)

• When rosie wouldn’t fall asleep, John would hold her and sit on his armchair while Sherlock played the violin for them. Often that would calm her down. Sometimes John would fall asleep too.

• Mrs. Hudson would come by to babysit Rosie so Sherlock and John could have a moment of peace. They’d drink tea on the sofa and fall asleep there together.

Lestrade also once popped in when this happened, and they never heard the end of it.

• Eventually John had to stop trying to convince mrs. Hudson that he and Sherlock weren’t in love, because tbh, he himself wasn’t sure of it anymore.

• Sherlock would give Rosie detailed insights to his cases. He was doing research on if Rosie could acquire his skills if she was taught for long enough. (This also doubled as bonding time for them)

• Everyone just assumed they were a gay couple when they went somewhere with Rosie.

Sherlock never denied this though, and John swears he once saw Sherlock smirk because of it. Sherlock never admitted this.

• One time when Sherlock was left alone with Rosie and she wouldn’t stop crying, he used a sheet to DIY one of those baby wrap carriers. That way she was calm and he could focus on a case.

JOHNLOCK HEADCANONS P.4

Sad, post ”The Final Problem” -edition

(Sorry in advantage, I just couldn’t resist a good old angst post!)

• When John (and Rosie) moved back to 221B Baker Street, John and Sherlock shared a bed.

That’s because with all the trauma that Sherlock just unlocked after forgetting it for so long, he just couldn’t sleep anymore. And needless to say, the whole thing with Eurus didn’t do any good to John either.

• Renovating the flat back to being identical to the way it used to be before the explosion was partly a coping mechanism for them. After all that had changed and happened, they needed something that was familiar and safe.

• Sherlock knew that John saw Mary everywhere after her passing. He noticed the way John would often have to look twice after just quickly glancing somewhere. He didn’t know what he should say so he never mentioned it.

He also noticed when it stopped - John would occasionally glance around a empty room as if he was looking for someone.

• Even though John nor Mycroft were shot, John still feels quilty even thinking about Sherlock killing his own brother to save John. Especially after John has pretty much been avoiding Sherlock for a while.

JOHNLOCK HEADCANONS P.3

Every day stuff/routines -edition? Something like that.

Morning

• John definitely makes his bed every single morning. Fluffs his pillows and makes sure the blanket is nice and straight unlike him.

Sherlock on the other hand just leaves it be. Why bother, he’ll use it every day anyway?

• Sherlock has a memory foam pillow rather than a regular fiber one.

• If he’s not busy working on a case with Sherlock, John eats a proper and healthy breakfast. Toast with meat, egg and salad maybe. And probably those canned beans too, because he’s British. (After all he’s a doctor so he’ll pay attention to being healthy, at least to some extent.)

Sherlock has unhealthy eating habits, he’ll most likely either skip breakfast or drink a cup of tea with like three sugar cubes. Sometimes, when they aren’t in a hurry, John will cook him breakfast too.

Night

• Sherlock meditates to calm his mind when it’s keeping him awake for too long. He’ll probably think of playing the violin until he falls asleep, that’s his way of meditating. (He does this because John won’t let him actually play the violin at 2am.)

• Sherlock definitely has silk pyjamas. Crazy expensive and high quality ones. And John sleeps in an old T-shirt and some pajama pants.

• If John has nightmares of the war, he’ll ask Sherlock to play the violin for him. John’s favourite ones to listen to are the ones composed by Sherlock himself.

JOHNLOCK HEADCANONS P.2

Living together -edition

• Sherlock doesn’t turn on the lights, like ever. He wakes up, goes to the dark kitchen to make tea and then sits in the dark living room to drink it.

Sometimes John doesn’t hear him getting up, and nearly has a heart attack when he puts on the lights and Sherlock is just sitting there.

• John gets frustrated when Sherlock leaves stuff all over the place. Sherlock thinks everything just should be where they are easily accessible.

• John does the laundry, because Sherlock would probably wash his black clothes in the same load as John’s (not black) sweaters.

• They will occasionally sleep in the living room, Sherlock in his chair and John on the couch.

Sherlock does experiments late and thinks John fell asleep due to keeping company for him, so he sleeps downstairs too, to be fair.

John thinks Sherlock falls asleep due to doing experiments until it’s really late, and sleeps on the couch so Sherlock doesn’t have to be alone.

(They don’t realise what the other is doing)

𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻𝘀

(Random ones -edition)

• Sherlock doesn’t sort clean laundry.

I.e. he’ll take a pair of socks straight from the dryer. He also won’t care if they’re John’s. (John has mentioned this, but Sherlock doesn’t see anything wrong with it. They’re all clean anyway.)

• John changes his sheets very regularly. Like weekly, almost too often. He likes the smell of freshly washed sheets.

(Sherlock on the other hand probably won’t change them ever, if John didn’t make him do it. He probably sleeps on an armchair more than on his bed, too.)

• If When they sleep on the same bed, John will tell Sherlock random (common knowledge..) facts that Sherlock probably doesn’t know (like that the earth goes around the sun) before they fall asleep.

Sherlock tells him to piss off, but honestly, he likes hearing the facts. Would never, ever admit it though.

• Sherlock talks in his sleep almost every night. Usually it’s something about the cases his working on, but occasionally he’ll talk about John as if his having a conversation about him with someone.

John has heard this but never mentioned it. He also uses this to his advantage - when Sherlock for example said something about liking when John has his sleeves rolled up, he started to do it more often. Sherlock is dumbfounded by this and doesn’t get how John could possibly know?

• Sherlock hates to sleep with socks on. John never sleeps without them.

Mrs. Hudson probably knit them woolly socks for christmas. John wore his so much they broke and now his wearing Sherlock’s, which Sherlock never used.
