21. January - 22:20 Stella of the End Playtime: 8.5h (over 4 days)
(Probably contains spoilers) Such a lovely piece of art this game was. First of all, I have to say, the soundtracks were really wonderful, immediatelly recognized the style it shares with the music from Rewrite. So this is now the second game from VisualArts/Key I've played.
The story instantly got me hooked. I simply love to read manga with post apocalyptic and android themes and quite enjoy stories featuring father-daughter relationship. The story fulfilled my expectations, overall it went quite as I imagined it would, loved seeing Jude's character develop and get softer over time, although I feel a bit sad seeing as the game has only one route.
I expected that in the end it'd be Philia who'd pick up the gun or that the game would have 2 routes, where once you replay the game that'd happen. But I wouldn't say it was a let down either way, the ending was sad, yet so beautiful and so emotional.
One thing I want to point out: Jude: takes credentials of the guy and his daughter that were murdered by city robots Also Jude: surprised the robot is attacking him... Yeah right, figures, not the most skilled move.
I don't have a lot more to say about the game, I'm having quite a hard time recalling a lot of parts, or they simply aren't important to include. Philia was cute af, so lovely and cheerful, my screenshot folder is full of the full page illustrations of hers.
But that's all about that. I look forward to reading Planetarian and after that probably Summer Pockets, or honestly I should finally finish the WorldEnd Ex... Later on I think I'll try playing minori games. I loved the animes Ef: A tale of melodies/memories, and eden* looks wonderful. Outside of that my backlog consists of Little Busters, Clannad and the rest on wishlist Tomoyo After, Clannad side stories, Harmonia.

1. December - 0:05 Rewrite+ VN There will surely be spoilers and I'm not gonna mark any of them, as this is more of a diary rather than anything.
At last, we're here. How long has it even been since I first started it? I watched the anime around December of 2017, probably picking the VN not that long after. The date would fall back to when I was still a first year, at most around the second year of high school. It took me five and a half years to read it from the start to the end. Truly impressive, a new personal best. Back in those years, I'd used to have my HDDs fail on me all the time, being my fault for using old shady ones, that I dug up from whoever knows where, and thanks to that I was reluctant to pick the game back up due to the lost progress. Little did I know that "progress" was in reality just the tip of the story, I'd reckon not even 1/5 into the common route.
Well, part of why it took me so long is that I'd feel embarrassed watching anime or playing related games when people could see what I was doing. At first, I had a room all to myself, with the desk placed next to the door, hidden from the line of sight. Later I'd change the position of the table, which looking back on the room layout, I'm not sure why I went with the most visible spot, but that doesn't matter, as I started playing osu! a lot anyway, forgetting Rewrite even existed. Lastly, I swapped rooms with my sister and now had to share with my brother, who's quite a bit annoying, so I stopped a lot of anime-related things altogether.
And so one afternoon I decided to give the game another go. Thanks to mainly using a laptop (Legion 5 Pro 16ACH6H), I could just sit on the bed, playing without being interrupted or anyone watching my screen. The starting date is 7.2.2022, about a week after the end of the exam period with one more week to go until the next semester. I had great fun with the common route, playing it for a big chunk of time for the next 5 days, and so school started and gameplay stopped.
Taking a look at the saves, looks like there were roughly 11 hours to go, which I then got done a whopping 7 months later, entering Kotori's route on 3.9.2022. And guess what? The next save is from August the next year :kekw: Classic Uzy, what a guy, batshit insane.
Just a bit of an observation beforehand, I just skimmed through the Rewrite first season of the anime, I must say, whatever drugs they were on while making it, I need to get my hands on some of that. To fit all of the routes into such a short time and on top of that to make up so much story that's nothing like the VN, wow, that sure takes a skill or something. I wonder what was going on with me more though, I didn't remember anything at all, so much info that was crucial in the VN, yet when reading it I didn't recall any of it.
But now seriously, from then on I played the game actively, until school started, finally finishing in small increments in late November. The first route I got was Kotori's. My memories at this point are a bit too hazy, having read it more than a year ago. Ranking it, I would have to say it was my least favorite, I found it very saddening, the burden and overall depression. I genuinely felt bad reading the story, seeing how there was no hope for a happy end. Being the first route, I went with Kotori on most selections, because of how fun it was seeing her always cheerful and so carefree, only to then see the opposite. As the first route, it left an impression on me, that all the routes in this stage will be nothing, but pain, displaying that there is no hope in them, but in contrast, the rest were so much better thanks to it. Out of all the stories, I somehow remembered the way Kagari dies here rather vividly from the anime. So strange that I'd remember a 3-minute section of S2E1 despite totally blanking on the rest, but oh well.
Some common story skipping later, I decided to pick Shizuru's route next, however consequently picking Lucia over her. I loved everything about it, just how I hated all of it. The story was a wild ride, making me overly happy the one moment, just to shatter everything the next. I simply wanted Lucia's story to go no way, but great, always thinking the story was finally reaching its end when things were beautiful and peaceful. Lucia made for a wonderful romance heroine, I genuinely wish to read more of Key's works that are focused on that later, but alas, I forgot to grab them during the Authumn same. There isn't a lot that can be said about this route than that. If only Kotarou wasn't such a dork, if only Lucia wasn't so easily manipulated or perhaps the story pulled some miracle. Anyway, in the end, I found the story very satisfactory, Kotaro and Lucia are together, despite all the complications, what more could I ask for? As far as the routes go, this one would be the most impactful. I was always either so happy or unfortunate, so much so that I had to brag a lot about it to my friend. Despite not being as informative as some other routes, I will look back on this one a lot more.
Next up Shizuru. First thing first, during the common route, I enjoyed her interactions a lot, leaving behind way too many saves of her and even more screenshots. I don't have a lot to say about this route. The change of storytelling was nice, Kotarou having lost his memories and slowly regaining them, and the story progressing from that viewpoint. Overall the route was quite calming and easygoing in contrast to the previous, Lucia's. It also introduced Chihaya's standing, which made me excited for her story. I'm not sure whether this was the route where I got to see Gil and Pani, probably. I was honestly amused when I saw them. What goofy ahh hell are these creatures?? I had a great laugh, I didn't expect them, I remembered nothing from the anime, what a joke. The two were a great addition to the story, I truly had fun interacting with them. Also one more thing, Miss. Nishikujou's voice when speaking in a happy tone, man I need more of that in my life, truly healing.
And now it's time for Chihaya. Other than Akane, I still have her fresh in my memory, since I played the majority of it just this week. In the early stages, I'd say I liked her the least out of all the characters. There was a certain front-facing sprite of her that I didn't like looking at for whatever reason, but overall I'm not sure why I disliked her character in the first place. My opinion changed to the point where I’m having a hard time deciding whether her route was my most favorite or not. Tennouji developed quite a bit in the previous 3 routes, but it was here, where I recognized his as well as the others' development the most. Instead of coming out as a foolish kid, who had his mind still focused on getting the club back together, he was now more focused on protecting the girl he had left, while still keeping his ideals, as can be seen later in the abandoned church. The story put him through hardships, which with help he conquered and built character. With Midow's message always on his mind, he was aware of the consequences of his actions and was therefore more serious. Other than Kotarou, I got to like Sakuya a lot. At first, I viewed him as an obstacle, always managing to one-up Kotarou in certain situations, I just couldn't see them ever coming to friendly terms, which made me cherish the relationship between them all so much more. The story was very informative, it led me to understand the path Kotarou will take in the Terra route, due to the similarities between him and Sakuya, and overall the end was happy.
At this point, there was one thing that however bothered me quite a bit. I'm not one to mind small details a lot, I mean if it's convenient for the story then so be it, but the fact that it made a big deal about Kotarou almost bleeding to death, because his old wound opened after Kagari is gone in Kotori's route not being reflected in the other routes did bother me. I didn't notice any other major disparities, a lot of the differences in the stories can be written off as Moon Kagari setting different variables for that individual branch, but it's just that one part that bothered me a bit.
And so we're at the door of the grand finale. At this point, I was getting pretty curious about my reading speed, but unfortunately, I haven't tracked the time I started for one of the days, so I could do that only in the final routes. Would you believe me when I say that I currently cannot recall absolutely anything about the route despite finishing it just 3 days ago? The route seems to be blending in a bit with the Terra, due to taking so much place in the Gaia environment. Let's see. Tennouji's character was very enjoyable in this one. Being able to let all the frustration out and steadily getting over his childish self was a refreshing sight. He was able to sully his hands with blood to fight for the one he loved, Akane. A whole new perspective overall, thanks to the story progressing way further, surpassing the timelines of all the other routes. I felt the downward spiral of events towards the end, but I was still surprised and fooled. I expected Akane to simply give up, I thought that was the end of the road, the Holy Woman steps down, the spiritual branch of the Martel Group disbands and leaves with a happy ever after. Except we got the song of Destruction, not quite the same thing, but it turned out quite the same I guess. I was more than happy to see Yoshino once again, seriously, it's characters like him, Sakuya, and Mr. Esaka I am really happy to interact with. As for the end, Kotarou forces Akane to live to repent her life for everyone she killed, I feel like I've heard those lines somewhere. Either the anime managed to fit those words in it, or it appeared in some other anime at some point in time. In the end, we got our happily ever after, an ending I can get behind.
If I were to order the routes by how much I liked each of them, then I wouldn't be able to do so on a ranking system. I certainly liked Kotori's route the least and Chihaya's probably a bit more than the rest, but in the end, all of the stories were different, good in their own ways, and bad in others.
I'll quickly jump over the Moon route, I remember a lot about it from the anime and I feel like it was adapted very faithfully to the VN. I found a few places that clarified things I missed in the anime, but nothing major. For some reason, my recollection of the events of Season 2 of Rewrite is very good unlike Season 1. I spent in total 169-minutes on the Moon route, which at 4044 lines (data from https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/2000121-anime-and-manga-other-titles/65843636) is about 23-24 lines per minute. A number that is pretty close to my estimation of 25 which I got a while back when I counted how many I could read in one minute. By this calculation, the whole game should've taken me about 72 hours, which it certainly didn't, but it's nice to know that my reading speed is around average. Terra took 445 minutes, 24.7 lines/minute.
As for the Terra route, I too remembered a big chunk of it from the anime, but a lot less. I didn't remember how Tennoji got to the Guardian training camp, only that he was there as well as some of the people he interacted with there. I'm pretty sure I knew about Imamiya, but not so much Nishikujou. Seeking her not happy makes me very sad :<, happily that got fixed around the half :>. Another thing is that I didn't realize for a while that the kids Kotarou saved were the ones from Chihaya's route. I only remembered Midow by name and only confirmed my hunch in the end scenes where I saw them next to Jasmine. I also didn't remember at all what the way Kotarou approached escalating the conflict between Gaia and Guardian, only that he was a double agent and messed them up from the inside. And lastly the ending. Getting there made me extremely happy, it's been a long journey and I'm glad I embarked on it. There's only one remark, for me, the ending scene in the VN couldn't possibly compare to the end in the anime. Come on, I'm just a dude brought up on watching Disney and whatnot romance movies, in which case the VN end felt a bit bland. I'm not one for deeper messages, nor digging any lore up or open endings, I simply yearn for a nice kiss end scene that I can look back to and remind myself of the story I went through.
One last thing, unfortunately, I wasn't able to port the cracked game's saves to the full game after I bought it due to some format conflict, so I had to finish it up on the cracked version, guess I'll never know whether there's any difference between the two. My Steam at this point is a graveyard of games I played cracked, then bought afterward, just to never put a single hour on, ~sigh~, guess I'll have to change that in the future.
I'm unsure what to read next, I still have WorldEnd EX to read and then pick up the unofficial translations, thanks to Yen Press never picking the SukaMoka and after that, I have Planetarian ready, which was another anime I really loved, so I'm super excited for it. Next on my list would Little Busters or Summer Pockets, but well, those will wait, mostly because I forgot to grab them during the Steam sale, and being a former FGO player, I'm really good at waiting, so no worries. Chances are, even if I had the games, I wouldn't pick them up for the next 5 years.
But that's really all from me. For this entry one picture simply won't cut it, so let me find a few of my favorites in the screenshots. Also, 2500 words, let's go.

I’m thinking about starting a series of posts here and there, recommending small manga a lot of people might not know, it’s just honestly kinda hard getting into this shit after years of using stuff like Discord which completely shifts ones writing habits.

29. May 2021 Rokka no Yuusha vol. 5
It took me quite a few years, but at last, I’ve finally picked the book up and quite frankly got so hooked up, I read it in less than 24 hour window.
In about just few more weeks, it’ll be three years since I finished vol 4 of the novel series. Since that time my taste in stuff changed, I’ve spend a lot of time reading shitty isekais, romcoms, a lot of korean manhwas and whatnot, but overall, I believe my judgement matured, even if only a little bit.
I won’t be analyzing all the things that happened in the book, just what caught my interest and I’ll be mostly writing my subjective opinion of the matter, rather than judging it objectively. Expect to see some spoilers, as this book reveals the identity of the seventh, in case you haven’t read the volume.
----------------------------
I must really praise the author for writing the book in the way they did, not only was the story extremely thrilling and fun to read, to the point I just had to leave everything else aside, but it managed to absolutely distract me into suspecting every single character in the book, and in the end reaching the wrong conclusion.
The key reasons to that were how the story was written, implementing parts which were in retrospective in between the parts of chronological order of the story, where the further we went into the story, the clearer the motives and overall story plot was. The information was always insufficient for me to be able to say with confidence, who the seventh was and so with every new bit of information my view on the matter changed.
For now I will focus on the prologue of the book, which played a really big role in the whole story, with its main objective being to mislay the reader into thinking that the dialogue Tgurneu is having with the three winged fiend closely regards the outcome of the story in the current volume. I believed that Fremy mustn’t die by any means, as it was part of Tgurneu’s plan and I believed throughout the whole book that due to Adlet saving her, he’d be one step ahead of him, while the opposite is the truth.
Actually after I just read the prologue once again, I came to the conclusion that I made up certain parts. In the end, it was just a misconception. When I started reading the book about an year ago, I only got by the part which talked about how there was a different function of the Black Barrenbloom and I associated Tgurneu with saying that, so in the end I believed the secondary function of the Barrenbloom was more dangerous than its current ability. But even without having thought that, I believe I would have thought the right thing would be to save Fremy from dying, therefore falling for the plot twist either way.
Throughout the whole story I only ever suspected two characters of being the seventh, which were Adlet and Hans. In case it turned out to be Adlet I believed he didn’t have an idea about it and in the case of Hans, he would for sure know about it himself.
My main reason for suspecting Hans was maybe mostly due to just not being able to remember much about him from the other chapters, I didn’t remember his reason for wanting to kill the Evil God, if it ever was stated, his hatred towards Adlet and then mainly due to the specialist thirty receiving orders from the seventh to kill Fremy and Adlet, which I couldn’t really imagine anyone else doing.
Adlet on the other hand, this idea wasn’t as often on my mind as the idea of Hans, but there were times when I questioned myself, whether Adlet was a part of Tgurneu’s plan, as his motive turned quite a 180°, from wanting to save the world to being alright with abandoning the world and braves if it was all for Fremy’s safety and happiness. It was just a hunch from time to time, and I wasn’t too focused on it, as there was a certain part where I believe Tgurneu said Adlet was the most dangerous of the braves, although it might’ve been the specialist fourteen or the three winged fiend who thought about it. I mostly believed he was sincere in his way of thinking.
I found it really nice how the book was really closely describing emotional state of Fremy. Before I believed she was already opening up to Adlet, but just after reading this volume I understood how much she didn’t trust in Adlet’s words and how she restrained herself from believing in that anyone would ever love her or just have a sympathy towards her. I’m glad Fremy in the end decided to trust Adlet, it warms my romance lover heart up.
And now, there’s the end of chapter 6, which did take me by the surprise. The biggest flag was the specialist fourteen’s passage:
- Why hadn’t its power worked on Adlet? Had its effects just been abnormally weak on him, compared with Rolonia and Chamo? It couldn’t be, thought number fourteen. Another fiend has already... -
From which I deducted it’s debating whether another fiend already used a mind control on him, which I assumed the only subject could be Tgurneu as the power of mind control was based on his as stated in the passage introducing specialist fourteen. I did not expect the big revelation to be following right afterwards, I expected it would be revealed later on during the fight against Tgurneu.
So in the end Adlet really is the seventh, which at that point wasn’t a part that could surprise me. On the other hand, Tgurneu mind controling Adlet into loving Fremy would never ever crossed my mind. At that point everything so far made sense, by which I mainly mean the prologue, but well, it is what is it.
I tried asking my friend regarding what I should expect from volume 6, but well, I guess I should finally get used to having my messages either not even viewed and then somehow forgotten or I dunno, left seen without even responding :<, hopefully not the second one...
But well, I therefore must make my own belief. While I don’t know anything regarding the story of volume 6, I remember reading someone’s post summarizing the reasons most of the characters cannot be the seventh, which I read before reading volume 5 and so I only read the parts of it from vol 1-4, I still came across the header names the person called the volumes, with volume 6 being named Tgurneu’s death. I want to believe the fact Tgurneu plans to reveal the truth about Adlet doesn’t complicate things too much and they manage to kill Tgurneu, whose death in the end might not even be the case as far as I’m concerned. However seeing how the story has been progressing so far, I do believe it will cause more problems within the braves than I can imagine.
The main reason there is for me to be afraid of what will go down in volume 6 is my friend often telling me that the book ended at really bad place or something like the continuation is really needed, which inevitable leads me to believe the ending will be a cliffhanger rather than the type of every volume having end always at the end of it, but I’ll hold on to believing the later as I’m sure the book isn’t the longest of the series for no reason.
I really do hope the next volume is just as thrilling and fun to read than this volume or even more so.
(Also I don’t usually read the stuff I write afterwards for some time, so if anyone manages to ever get to this post and finds some shit syntax or me jumping from one idea to other without proper addressing etc., be sure to point it out)

11. July 2020
Overview
Hello, long time no see ~who am I joking, no one ever reads this~. The life has been... fine I guess? Nothing really happened, other than I totally stopped watching anime, which I think was my last post about, or like 2-3rd last, who knows. So instead I’ve been reading manga a lot. Unfortunately I no longer have my list sorted by the starting date, as I had problems navigating through the piles of non updating mangas, so I sorted it into 2 groups: releasing and last released in 2019 or before, and even sorted the releasing into kinda: horror, slice of life, fantasy, adventure/isekai and manhwa groups. I’ll post pics of what I read later after finishing this.
I don’t read so munch manhua anymore, mostly coz the stories usually suck, all have the same setting and same cliche moments and well, the ones I packed on back in 2018 on webcomics finally came to their end, with only a small group still releasing. I don’t think I’ll be returning to them ever again; the biggest reason being that they just end without any notice, the author decides to not just continue their series anymore and so be it. Well at the time being I still have a few over dozen releasing on webcomics so I guess I have to just survive through it somehow. ~Tho it’s true that I can find most of them on mangakakalot, but well, I don’t want to spam my list with them, let them be quarantined in their own app~
On the other hand there are Korean comics also known as manhwa. Most of all I love how beautiful many of them are and how the stories even tho may have the same background setting always get developed in their own unique way. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed in any of them. I also love scroll style of reading opposed to pages so I like them a bit more over manga in that aspect. I have around 13 of them at the moment and out of them the ones I love the most are: A returner’s magic should be special ~for thrilling story and overall enjoyment of story~ Who made me a princess [also called Suddenly became a princess one day] which has the most beautiful art I’ve ever seen and lovely story;
In manga section I’ve been enjoying few Gyaru romances along with slice of life romances lately; I cannot really point out any of the slice of life ones, as they usually are fantasy and I just have too many of them to even remember the stories sometimes, but for gyaru one: Gal Gohan, which finished releasing few months ago, it was the first gyaru romance I’ve read ever and it kinds opened the whole school romance section for me, coz before I never touched that place, as I hate romance comedy combo, but as I read more and more I can safely note that it’s the animes that make the shows just total garbage, as most of the comedy romance animes I’ve watched and didn’t like actually have pretty good mangas.
Another section of manga are the slice of life married romances, which I like for not having the whole shy aspect to them and well it doesn’t take the characters whole story to just confess their feelings that were introduced to us in like chapter 1 to 10. And also it doesn’t have just one kiss scene at the end of the whole thing, which is just the most annoying thing about these school romances. Out of them I love Tonikaku Cawaii the most. It has already a good amount of chapters and plentiful of romance, kisses, hugs, all these things you don’t get from these shy romances, that I strove for back in my anime times, but not often got. Apart from that one there also is On the way home, I got a bride and twin daughters, but they were dragons; [this era will be remembered as the long manga names one and I’ll drag about it to my grand kids, if I ever have any]. It’s not a long one, just 9 chapters so far [11 in raws], but well I love it; I actually put it into the not releasing group, but it released just few days ago, which made me really happy, coz it has so much potential to grow.
Adventure or Isekai is well, just as the name suggests; all these mangas in RPG world, where they fight monsters, get levels, skills and complete quests belong here, most of them Isekais, coz well that seemed to be popular at the time I picked them. Oh oh and also the majority of them have stupidly long names, because of course, nothing identifies isekai adventure more than name so long it doesn’t fit on screen. I dunno whether it’s even possible to pick an individual one out of them to write about, as most of them have the same settings, backgrounds or developments, either it’s being summoned, killed and being reborn or just being the part of the part of the adventure set world to begin with [tho only a few actually have that setting]. Well from hat I wrote it can be noted that they’re very cliche, but I use them as sort of stops in reading longer mangas, as most of them are up to 20 chapters long at the time. Well actually now that I’m looking at the list I see one that I can bring up a little more, called I Was Kicked out of the Hero’s Party Because I Wasn’t a True Companion so I Decided to Have a Slow Life at the Frontier, I had to copy paste this name, coz reasons... In this one the mc is actually a resident of the world the story is set in, which is a bit more of a rare sight in these, tho the part about being kicked out of the hero’s party is really common. The main difference is that instead of it focusing on the adventure part and having mc train, get skills etc, as most of adventure/isekais do, it develops the romance, it’s just 21 chapters long and I already love the way it’s going.
Then there’s supernatural or fantasy mixed with romance. There are very few of these, as majority of them can be either placed into slice of life romances or adventure romances. There’s not really much to talk about, the only difference between them and adventure/isekais is the leveling system and all.
After that I have few slice of life and romance fantasy pieces, out of which I already talked about few of them already, Tanikaku Cawaii, Gal Gohan or you know the long name one On the way home...
Horror genre is my most recent preference, you see, over time my taste degraded so much that I sometimes like to just watch characters suffer through gore and so on, or actual horror romances, which is basically romance between a human and a ghost or zombie apocalypse, vampire love, these kinds of things. Usually as long there are demons or other beings tha devour humans I put it in here. The ones I’d appoint would be Dreamcide, a great Korean zombie apocalyptic manhwa, it surely doesn’t lack content to read, with its 171 chapters, the story is mostly about the main character’s chaotic ability to time travel and his will to save the future before the shit can go down. The second one is called Sachi-iro no One room. I greatly enjoyed reading it. It’s in this group even tho it’s not really a horror, I just noticed... But well I’ll leave it be. The genres are romance, slice in life, psychological, drama. What I love about this one is that it doesn’t reveal the thoughts of character and just leads you to believe something, to then blow your mind, showing you that the actual motives behind characters’ behavior is just the total opposite of what you expect.
That’s basically all the groups. There are just 6 more mangas on the top of my list, basically the ones I want to immediately notice when they release, because I l love them the most of all on the list or are just left at the cliffhanger.
With that I end my post. It was really lovely to let my hands let free and write this, I really lacked it during the last few months, but never really felt like going here and just spending one and half a hour writing, coz well, with the online school and stuff, pc was the last thing I wanted to see really and then the time for me to pick graduation topic and start working on it came and all, and I just felt like it now, tho almost turned around when the stupid 2 step verification kept rejecting me for 15 minutes, really glad I didn’t.
Also 1503 words, this post is a beast among the beasts.

16. February 2020 Promare Hi. I came back after 5 months [+1 day] of not watching anime. So you see, it's currently winter holiday and I'm out skiing, and I'm quite bored in the evening, so I was like, why not watch some anime. I picked Promare coz it was the only movie on my on-hold list, I added it after watching AnimeMan's (I think that was his name) video back in summer was it? I'm currently on tablet and it really annoys me how I cannot do shift+enter and have to jump into HTML and write that <br> there, but well whatever. I will keep this post simple, as it was the aspect I loved the most about this anime. The art was just amazing, mostly putting simple shapes into use and coloring without transitioning between each color, it was really bright and overall really beautiful. Another simple trait was it's plot, good guys saving world, I mean it cannot get simpler than that. I had overload of romance these last weeks so it was a great change to watching some hero action, it really hit the spot.
Ah, where do I start? The story did a great job in mislaying me to think about Kray as the good guy and all the Burnish as the evils. The reason for thinking Burnish we're all bad was due to thinking that the flame manifests inside you coz of negative emotions, which wasn't the reason at all, and Kray is..., just your average evil All Might, I mean blonde hair, big smile and well no eyes, all sits pretty accurately.
I won't comment on story or plot and will just write few lines about Galo and Lio, and end it there, I mean typing on tablet isn't my fav thing, and I've fallen out of shape in sense of writing [not that I was ever good at it]
First expressions on Galo, he seemed as the arrogant and flashy mc, who'd need quite some development to change, which was by no means the truth. Instead the was a great character with strong sense of justice and full of kindness. He had his childish traits, thinking of names for his attacks and everything overall, and I just love that trait of his, totally coz to all the Pokemon, Bakugan, Bayblade and Naruto I watched as a kid.
Now to Lio I actually thought that he was a girl, well I was quickly corrected from thinking that, but well, I just cannot resist those eyes with such a beautiful eyelashes, I always love to see these; not to mention the pretty hair color and overall his clothes, such a lovely design; well there were some other things, but if I brought these up it'd be time to questions my heterosexuality, and I have no intention of touching that yet. Personality-wise: he felt as really responsible and carrying person, I liked him way more than Galo since the beginning.
Honestly, the whole movie was really satisfying and fun to watch, with really good soundtracks, which I'll surely listen to for a while after I finish writing this. Well, bye bye then, hope I'll be back very soon again, I really hope I can get back to watching anime once again.

Well hello there. I figured I would drop by, since it’s already been 3 months and less than a week. The thing is that I completely dropped anime and went over to manga-only side.
That’s the exact reason why I have’t written a single entry until now, I simply haven’t finished a single anime since then and well most of my manhwa is either ongoing or I just don’t feel like writing anything.
Since the Mysterious GIrlfriend X, I have finished:
Gokukoku no Brynhildr // Hazuki Kanon wa Amakunai // Real Girl (also called 3D kanojo if I’m correct) // Pharaoh's Concubine // Defense Devil // Area D - Inou Ryouiki // Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle // Katsute Mahou Shoujo to Aku wa Tekitai Shite Ita // Youko x Boku SS // and lastly Empress of Another World, which is the reason why I even decided to write this, as it just became my no.1 favorite M category (manga, manhwa, manhua).
Also the ones I’m currently reading are (going to write just the ones that release frequently):
Battle Through the Heavens // DICE The cube that changes everything // Tate no Yuusha // Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo Dorei Majutsu // UQ Holder // Stalker x Stalker // A story about wanting to commit suicide, but it’s scary so I find a yandere girlfriend to kill me, but it doesn’t work // Nejimaki Kagyu // Kimetsu no Yaiba // Kenja no Mago // The Heaven’s List // Miao Shou Xian Dan // Star Martial God Technique // Sealed Devine Throne // Tales of Demons and Gods // Sekai no Owari no Encore // My wife is a demon queen // Gal Gohan // The Necromancer Maid // Maou no Ore ga Dorei Elf wo Yome ni Shitanda ga, Dou Medereba Ii // Bocchan to Maid // Monku no Tsukeyou go Nai Rabukome // Orenchi ni kita Onna-kishi to Inakagurashi suru koto ni natta ken // God and Girl // A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special // From Maid to Mother // Poem of Hell Confession // Isekai wo Seigyo Mahou de Kirihirake // The Peerless Concubine // Tonikaku Cawaii // Suddenly Became a princess one day // Sincerely: I became a Duke’s Maid // Why Are You Doing This, Duke? (I just had to go and read some chapters of it to remember what the heck is it?) // Mahoutsukai no Konyakusha // The Abandoned Empress (which I just finished reading) // and The Reason Why Raeliana Ended up at the Duke’s Mansion (which I’m just about to start reading)
Of course there are also like 40+ webcomics I read at the time.
Out of these all Real Girl and Empress of another world are the best, they had the strongest feels and I just couldn’t hold back tears.
Then there’s Tsubasa, which at first seemed really alright, but as it progressed it got really complicated, there was a original, clone of original, the clone was actually originals father, which then had another clone and so on, it just did a great damage on my head. The timelines and clones were just too much for me to take while traveling in bus for 10 hours. Suddenly became a princess one day also known as Who made me a princess just has the most beautiful art style and coloring of them all, the romance is absent, the story being a daughter-father relationship progress. It’s really touching and it’s a reason for me to start reading korean manhwa.
I don’t have anything specific to say about other ones, I mean I could spend a whole day writing about them, as all of those are quite good, but I don’t have that kind of time and neither you do.
As you may notice there is a section where I just read manhua with op main character, which then turned into kind of fantasy romance, usually isekai with op character. Then I went into more of a maid / princess category and lastly a lot of manhwa with shoujo romance, some of them are isekai, some just plain slice of life. The main topic of them is mostly princess with one being maid. Manhwa is just the best, the fact that it’s colored, has a really satisfying story with great plot makes it my favorite, leaving manga and manhua behind. I really fell in love with shoujo M lately, it mainly focuses on romance, showing the story from main heroine’s perspective and isn’t too focused on action, just the ideal.
I didn’t plan or writing this much at all, but well, I guess it’s a good thing. I would like to write a review on Empress of the Another World, we’ll see how that’ll go, my guess is rather bad, since when I come home tomorrow I’ll already have another manhwa read by that time (10pm atm, imma go sleep in a bit) and when I push something into my mind the things from sooner get naturally pushed out.
I’m not going to do a M category rating, as many of these may finish in years and it’s just a drag, having to rate something you read for 2 years and don’t exactly remember what happened in sooner chapters.
For now bye. ~also I’m getting really pissed off by al the long manga names lately~

15. September 2019 Mysterious Girlfriend X Hello, it's been a while, hasn't it? The reason for that is basically that I haven’t finished a single anime in these past months, well I have read quite a lot of manga and manhua which I don’t really like writing about, just too lazy to do that. I finished about 21 of em or am currently reading + like 40 on webcomics I think?
Another thing I’d like to mention is that youjo senki movie falls under it’s anime, so no post for that.
Now to anime: I watched all 13 episodes of it and read manga from ch36 as it was the exact point where anime left out. Watching school romance after such a long time sure felt refreshing, I really enjoyed like the first 5 or so episodes of anime, had quite a good laugh at it. It was just so cute and satisfying to watch, well I went to sleep and picked it up again the next day. Well I have to say that the whole saliva thing was getting quite overplayed at this point and maybe a bit disgusting at times (me without knowing that I’ll have manga worth 1 day to read still ahead). Well I got to enjoy it in the end ~for some reason I get happier watching things at late hours~ the ending for anime was kinda disappointing ~not to mention it didn’t make any sense in contrast with what we know from manga~ But well it did good, coz it was interesting enough for me to pick up manga after all. Well I forgot to mention at the beginning that I didn’t like Mikoto’s voice at first, it just seemed so off when she screamed or laughed ~well screamed~ but otherwise it was really lovely, I mean she did that psycho laugh like twice during the whole show and it just happened to be during first episode. First episode seemed sooooo~ long (might be coz I just didn’t bother speeding playback speed up...) but well I think that most of the development happened there anyway. I really liked the speed their relationship was developing at, nice and slow, there’s no need to rush things up, just take your time, you’re just 17 after all. Actually I figured out their age on ep13, oh boy I need to pay more attention to some details~ Well I was thinking they were like 14-15 coz of the whole: first kiss, first xxx deal, kids usually pay attention to it during that age or a bit sooner, I mean I haven’t given myself these questions since like 15yo, so yea, their age quite surprised me. Another thing to mention is that the saliva was just too thick the whole time, I mean what is it a honey? ~Well it surely tasted sweet so maybe?~ So now I should write something about manga, hmmmm~ that’ll be pretty hard considering I pretty much skip some text pretty often and then again I read it around 10pm-1am so my brain was pretty much dead at that time already. Well I will try, but first imma go post this thing so that for some reason I won’t lose it and do a quick manga recap. It’s sure a good idea to start writing this at 10pm when it’s Monday and I had 9 lessons with 0 one, uff~
Alright, I just remembered there was that Aika girl. At first I thought she would appear just once or twice during the story, for the last time when he bought that Imai Monoka album and would talk him out of it or something. After a while she started to annoy me, coz of her way too intimate and often contacts with Akira and after a while I pretty much started to hate her for trying to bewitch him all the time. In the end she didn't turn out to be a bad character at all, she just wanted to find someone that would love her, even if she didn't love him and not leave her as all the guys she loved.
Then there's Ryouko who harassed Akira pretty much without stating a reason. I assume she had a slight crush for mc, considering she proposed to be his secondary girl I g? Out of all the romances happening throughout the story I found her the best.
It's a big letdown that Akira never told Ueno who's his girlfriend, I mean some other characters knew it, but he never told it to his best friend, ah.
I don't really have anything to write about the movie part, about the Valentine's part: I thought Youko's gotta see the black chocolate package and realize their relationship or something, but in the end it wasn't a box, but just a foil wrapping or whatever, there goes my fantasies~I don't even know why I thought it was a box~
Akira was also quite smart, I mean I would never realize if I didn't see them or he said them, like the naked apron for example. It was really enjoyable watching their newlyweds-like scenes, also really looked forward to their kiss, which I assumed their daily routine would eventually turn into and that's where I was totally bamboozled. I mean why would you do that? It totally disappointed me, Youjo kissed her boyfriend, Oka and Ryouko as well and you tell me that you'd rather continue having her finger in your mouth than actually kiss her? Now I wonder who was the actual reason for such a slow and long relationship development. That would be an epic way how to end the story, I mean seriously, you were looking forward that kiss for some chapters now and you just let it all go. Alright alright, nevermind, it's your story, live it however you want, imma just curl up in the corner of my room and fantasize about how nice it would have been... humph~
Well overall I think it's somewhere around +2,5 and +3, imma decide that tomorrow ~morning is wiser than evening~ (actually this phase sounds rather plain in English, it sounds a bit better in my language to me) Also imma pick a pic for this tomorrow coz it's nearing 11:30pm now and I want to sleep ~there's also this one fly annoying me rn~
Wow, this actually turned out to be the longest post I've ever written and I'm pretty confident that I'll write more to it tomorrow coz I haven't talked about main characters that much yet
Hello, how have you been? This lazy ass pleb just totally left this post alone incomplete for like 3 days... and now doesn’t really remember what he wanted to write, well just perfect...
Alright, I guess I ended up somewhere around mc and mh I g? Eh, all that pops into my head is Real girl, which I started reading yesterday.
Another reread later~ wait let me actually reread this whole thing so I’d get a general idea what it was about, coz I have 0 clue whatsoever.
Okay, sooo~ Mc was a fairly decent guy, he knew when he was hurting Mikoto and stopped in time, one thing that I wasn’t so ok with was that any girl could sway his mind, any girl wearing bikini, any pantsu, anything really ~which even irl I cannot understand when all the guys immediately apply fgo target focus skill, while I’m like: Protection from Arrows A~ (if you understood that you should play fgo a bit less)
Mh, well what can I say about her? She was all cute, blushing occasionally, sometimes Akira did the blushing for her... I cannot really say whether she was jealous at times, it seemed she was quite confident in their bond to be jealous, and well every time Akira’s mind was swinging towards other girls she just gave him lewds to rewrite his mind, quite a powerful strategy I’ll have to say. She called Akira pervert few times... who was it that got totally naked like 3 times when giving Akira saliva? I really liked her scissors’ techniques, although mc didn’t seem to share my passion. She reminds me of these stray cats, that you have to approach really slowly in order to feed, coz otherwise they run ~well minecraft ocelots basically~ Every time she was about do some sports I thought for myself that she cannot do it ~coz she seems too much like the chuunibyou type~ then realized she was actually really athletic... it happened like 3 times or more, it was annoying, brain just doesn’t learn. I think I covered pretty much every thing I planned on covering and forgot what I wasn’t supposed to, so I cannot really continue writing anything now that I have no clue whether I already wrote it or not... ~splitting post and writing it with 3 day gap seems like pretty stupid thing to do~ +2,5

finally my soul’s in peace

25. June 2019 Dororo
So, I started watching this one, because another friend of mine recommended it to me multiple times. I picked it up around an episode 17 or 19 I think, during the programming lesson, which was a really dumb idea, coz when my friend noticed I started watching that, he pretty much spoiled all that could be spoiled.
The problem in watching these weekly animes is that if it has a plot, great story development and idk what else, then I end up not imaging everything that is important when writing this. For example I don’t remember what my first thoughts about it were, whether did the animation style catch my attention etc...
It was exactly my thing when it comes to action genre, really simple plot, fictional characters - demons, character development in case of main character~ I was really looking forward to new episode every Monday.
I surely expected Hyakkimaru ~I remember his name coz friend forced me to remember it after I finished ep 1~ to go more rampant, absolutely loosing himself as all the other main characters do and also the way he received his eyes was quite quick: Here I give these back to you~ I expected it to be more like they turn into monster, which he then fights in order to get these back ~something like that~
~gimme a second to sort out my memories~
Around episode 2 was it, classmates told me to try and watch it x4, which was possible, but I couldn't understand point of the conversation, hope I’ll one day get to the point where it’ll be possible ~just to flex on people~ There are few things I’d like to comment on, but since so much time passed since I watched these episodes I might memorialize the events or the follow-ups already, so I’ll leave it be.
Actually the part when Dororo was all like: I’ll have to go to aniki to help him not become a demon, was quite useless, because after all Hyakkimaru himself decided not to hurt his brother and father, even though he had a chance to do so. And then he even left Dororo behind, didn't expect that at all. He didn’t seem to change that much after he came back in contrast with Dororo, how many years was it actually that he left for? Ppl think Dororo is around 10 at the beginning, so perhaps 7-9 years? (I’ll feel dumb if it was actually written there for how long it was actually)
+2,5 I’m so happy that I saved it before giving it picture, coz I managed to close the tab when I wanted to add it

25. June 2019 Isekai Quartet
It’s really not a good idea to pick many animes that end the same week, I have Isekai Quartet, Dororo, Senko Kitsune, Hitoribocchi and The Promised Neverland, that I must make a post on now ~also there was that one Devil Line which I just let slide without posting anything~
How could someone like me, who avoids comedy like the plague, possibly pick an anime like this?
Friend kept telling me to watch it till it reached the state where I simply added it for the heck of it.
There’s not much for me to write on this subject, just that I actually liked it. It was really carefree, with no plot whatsoever, just 4 isekai groups enjoying a school life. Animation style was also nice, I don’t usually care about it anyway.
Also very pretty opening and ending songs
and I don’t knooooow

15. May 2019 Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress: The Battle of Unato I have no clue where to start + I keep writing and deleting everything I write, good start I see.
Ok sooo~ Animation was just as beautiful as always, I guess Kabaneri is my favorite when speaking about animation style. I didn’t know what to expect of this movie, whether it would be some kinda continuation of the main story or Mumei would become human again ~no I don’t even read the names of animes~ (actually my mind is more blank now that it’s ever been) All I wanted from movie was to improve characters’ relationships, perhaps give me a little bit of that romance as well, and it did just that.
I liked how was Mumei shy around Ikoma all the time and how the story was the typical girl gets in trouble and crush overcome all the obstacles in order to save her.
I felt really sad looking at how everyone treats Ikoma even after everything he’s done so far ~I also miss the massive collar around Ikoma’s neck~ As for the events of movie, there was less fighting this time around and they even completed the boss fight really quickly and attention was shifted to Ikoma x Mumei + Ayame x Kurusu ships more, which is always a positive fact in my case.
I don’t like what I’m writing rn, seems so boring, there isn’t much for me to say coz it’s just a 1h22m movie
There are movies I can write endlessly long posts about, but in case of this one it’s not like something revolutionary happened in it. It wasn’t absolutely different story like in case of NGNL:Zero and the time was also one of factors. If I had watched Kabaneri long ago, not just few months ago I’d enjoy it more and would be able to write more on that subject, but right now I can only refer to my Kabaneri entry as the last resort.
Only things I could refer to are that the subs were horrible, there were sentences that weren’t subbed at all Other than that I could mention the last scene, which was a kiss, didn’t expect myself to be so lucky and even get a kiss scene, poor Ikoma, his brain was so confused there. And also the embroidered thing ~cannot find a right word wor that thing~ would better suit him if it was different color ~just minor details~
As to EGOIST - Sakase ya Sakase, few days ago I commented that it wasn’t my cup of tea at all, but after watching the movie and listening to it for few times I became to like it pretty much ~well it’s always better to get to like the song naturally rather than hyping the song and then have all the excitement run out few days later~ Rating = base anime ~as for the pic, I might pick other one once more Unato Kessen pics appear~

10. March 2019 Kaguya-sama: Love is War Upon hearing the beautiful Chikatto Chika Chika ending I simply had to watch the whole anime, coz choosing anime on its songs instead of actual recommendations is sadly a thing in my case. Well one my friends actually recommended it to me, but after considering that all he watches are romcoms with more com that rom I decided to overlook it for a time being. Also his explanation: ‘The one to confess loses’ sounded really not so interesting, seemed more like it’ll be one of these horrible comedies rather something of my taste.
But well actually it wasn't all that bad. Main characters were very sharp with satisfying personalities. Miyuki kinda reminded me of Ryuuji, both hard working (one cleaning freak another one workaholic) both had these scary eyes, you get the picture.
At the beginning it seemed really dumb how they decided to make the other one confess out of that egoism, later it turn out to rather some kinda habit with sometimes shyness being mixed into it as well.
I often felt really annoyed with them for being so dishonest, but then I reminded myself that I don’t watch this anime for that doki doki romance, but rather for the whole idea of just casually watching whatever there is.
I could easily understand the whole reason for Kaguya not confessing first, as for being scared of rejection and also wanting Miyuki to take the lead.. but in Miyuki’s case ... ehh... I mean... have some confidence, would you? Be a man and face the problem, running away coz you think you’ll be despised. Well it’s true that Kaguya knew he liked her in ep2 and that he had no clue how she feels about him or at least he haven’t heard her say it as she did him (but I believe he’s a really perspective and sensitive person)
I mean be like our boy Ishigami with his feelings hurt all the time, still hanging on somehow (doki doki literature club reference in ep 6?)
Also about ep 6 was when I started to get really annoyed by Chika and focused on more important things, like playing fgo while watching this anime.
Now to things concerning whole anime, not just analyzing little bits of it. I liked the story for entertaining me, being fun and giving me kinda setting I haven’t watched before in general. There was no moment where story would make me emotional, would like to see that more in s2 if there is one. I couldn't find any cliche moments upon browsing through my memory, which usually counts as positive. I liked it pretty much, it’s theme was mostly ‘Realizing I fell for you’ rather than the actual doki doki stuff, I loved when they were embarrassed, only then they could act truly honest.
My favorites would be ep 11-12 as they outshine other eps in sense of real action, felt more lively and everything.
Also (and this is the last, coz all next sentences would start with also) the Love Dramatic (op song) sounds sooo horrible when it’s in normal playback speed. It’s no good if it’s not listed to at x1.5 or faster. Do it like me, watch anime in x1.75 you won’t regret (only negative is that listening to songs in x1 feels really weird once you pass that x1.5)
+2,5 for now

22. April 2019 SSSS.Gridman
Eh, I actually forgot about this and now I am here a week later... (oh well, let me read my webcomics first) 1 hour later~
So I should finally start writing this I guess. (This will be full of spoiler) The story was really nice, other than giant robots fighting themselves there were really peaceful piece of life moments, which is... well... normal since MCs are still students and it’s nice when they have a screen time other than always fighting.
I got soooo many similar scenes in this one (keep in mind that vodka was flowing through my veins). First it was Shakugan no Shana when I saw people disappearing and no one remembering them, then the sword came in ~me screaming Excalifur Morgaaaaaaaan~ I felt like in these kids cartoons ~ Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Little Einsteins ~ where you have to cheer up for character to do something. Akane Shinjo, really beautiful waifu. At first she seemed like Kamidere, well she’s actually a god, welp, as for fan service: bikini and then seducing in ep.7... yet mc still wanted to save the city rather than join her... such a shame mc is usually an ideal hero ~sigh~ (wouldn't be my case for sure) Though her habit of breaking things was kinda frustrating, reminds me of one of my classmates ~if you ever happen to find this, get a life, it’s way better than reading this shit~ I also thought it’d turn into highschool romance, since they kinda appointed up that Yuta likes Rikka, but they let it go, it’s not all that suited for hero mecha anime anyway ~other than Suisei no Gargantia, where’d I accept even more of it~ Somewhere about ep.9 where these 3 guys combined to become one big robot... is this a Transformers Armada reference by any chance? There was even a Star Saber I mean ~actually I started rewatching Transformers Armada few days ago~ Another city in the sky = Patema Inverted? Then pretty much the same thing that happened to Mumei, nice, how I love it when my waifus turn into weird monsters. Also why did Yuta not stay in his dream longer, it was sooo good, why would he wan’t to wake up ~sob~ ~sob~
Upon waking up in the next morning I realized I didn’t write anything regarding my feelings fowards this anime. Well it was super fun to watch, I liked the looks of all the cool giant robots, character designs. Plot was simple and also very enjoyable. I watched it all in one go and found out I can adapt to x1,65 speed, saves a lot of time 22=>13mins which means it takes about 2.6 hours to watch 12ep series instead of 4.4 hours.
Also don’t expect Transformers Armada review

22. April 2019 Death Parade I really liked this one, plot was good and story was also interesting. There were many side stories, that each of them made me pretty emotional, character looked really good in this art style and their eyes were just amazing (my favorite design still remains Amnesia)
Decim looked pretty cool, would accept this kinda character in my fgo collection, rather than all these Camelot knights. Out of all the arbiters he felt the closest to the 3rd definition of arbiter ~3. Arbiters cannot feel emotion, for they are dummies~ or well all of them maybe didn't have feelings, but except for him all of them had outstanding personality, which couldn't be said about him ~he was quite a kuudere~
From here on goes spoilers
Chiyuki was really nice character, I liked how she brought life into the whole anime (quite a contradiction since she was dead), she was a kind person and wanted to see the good in people, rather than bringing the darkness from within them out. Her death didn't make me feel as many emotions as other deaths, I mean other deaths were more sad, desperate, miserable then her, it seemed to me that she died more peacefully... ~cannot describe my reasoning at all... meh~
Also the whole reincarnation and oblivion nonsense which seemed to work either both go to oblivion or each one other way, which doesn't quite make sense, coz when both can go to void, why can both not reincarnate? I mean why did the characters in ep3 not both go to reincarnation when clearly they didn't show any negative emotion during the whole judgment. And another thing is, what’s the deal with the life or void, it’s not like you’ll remember anything and you wouldn't look or act the same, because of the different DNA you’d be born with and environment you’d grow in.
The ending was nice, we saw Decim cry, can call that a success, but I thought that the ending would go to alive world, rather than end up with showing us Decim v2.0 ~bug:doll obsession; not fixed yet, glad to see Chiyuki as a doll as well~ he smiles now, guess that good enough as ending then ~since the beginning I thought the ending would be more like: And they judged happily ever after ; or something like that, the kinda open ending I mean~
End
Also the tentacle beard guy was kinda... hmmm... scary? idk the word... I simply didn’t like him, his eyes were different and his beard was weird ~looks kinda like a sprout, does it also bloom in spring?~, also he didn’t want to improve the whole arbitration process, well he didn’t really interfere or anything. Then he made this 4th rule: Arbiters may not work hand in hand with life, for that will ruin them~~ Which seems kinda rude, I mean just look at him. He’s as happy as a flea ~as we would say in our country~
