Kinda crazy how bad things sort of join together to fuck you up specifically by the time your adolescence starts.
Shit goes down in school
Social life becomes more complex/difficult (gotta adapt to it)
Difficulty in the courses builds up as you enter 7th grade.
Body hormonal change (huge emotional mood swings and confusion)
Parents divorce (mostly nowadays)
Someone gets very sick in the family (or dies)
Adults suffer their midlife crisis. (Aka: depressed adult struggles with taking care of equally depressed teenager)
If abuse is there, it becomes worse. And if it isn’t there, it might appear.
Economic problems appear or become worse.
Most of that happening RIGHT when the kid becomes a teenager, one single step from adulthood left.
What’s all of that about???? How are they supposed to grow healthily? :(((

After episode 5 I am sorely tempted to make an OC with the singular purpose to befriend Ragatha because sweet mother above she deserves SOMEONE.
