There's my last housing commission! Client asked for a Nighclub and a "Kweh Coffee" annexed to her Nightclub, she's also a purple lover and asked for a specific color palette 💜 I incorporated a little spa area for a bit more exotism ;) It's my first Nightclub design, i hope you'll like it!

*Photos are low quality as i'm on PS4.

*The DJ area been inspired by a work i saw on FFXIV Estates group, but unfortunatly i forgot the name of the autor.

PS: Since i work in healthcare and do now 65h per week i won't accept any further commissions, i'll only do housing designs in my houses from now or for my close friends without time pressure. Thank you for your understanding 💙 ~Love

Hello 🤗 There's some day/night screenshots of my last commission! A cottage for a wonderful person that i learned to know from my 2 last commissions done for her. She's absolutly in love with it so it makes me even more happy about this built! It's 100% personalized, she gave me so much details about what kind of vibe, themes and rooms she wants. It makes my work much easier!

Housing commission for Minata Sprinkles ❤ She and her FC been so nice and adorable, they been very helpful and available in all time to gather and craft furnitures.

It's a medium fc house, from nothing it cost them around 13M gils, inside and outside included. It took me around 70-80 hrs including the creative process and the execution itself. They really love the result and it's what make me happy ☺️

Woohoo! Had a lot of fun with the new housing items from patch 5.3 I've been inspired by the amazing designer @Ashenbride for the coffee table and the suspended rack in the kitchen 🥰 It's the first time ever i glitch through the floor, and first time i don't use all floors/space in a house! I still have to improve myself but i'm pleased of the result! It practiced my patience tho 🙈😂 The screenshots aren't on point yet 🤷‍♀️ But there's my personnal cottage, and i'm available for commissions! 🙊

Hola! My friend asked me to decorate his house with a legit traditional japanese style! There's some winks to japanese culture like having to remove your shoes before walking on a tatami mat, to cook dinner outside of the kitchen, the dojo itself, the colors, bref, look by yourself and i hope you enjoy the result ^_^

Hey! ^-^ One of my friend gave me the idea to create a comfortable Spa area in my basement, so i decided to add a sauna to it, and the result is pretty surprising! The sauna itself is made from only 18 housing items!
