I think Cas was a let bloomer in terms of getting his humanoid form. He was still squishy for a little bit longer than other octos/squiddos. Why? Just cus I think it’s funny and cute. Also maybe because he didn’t have his parents to nurture him either?? Idk

I low-key wanna do adria and banks but I want to take a break cus PHEW that was a lot of work and time! Rn I’m just gonna enjoy taking pictures of the boy-liker on his journeys around with me! Phone pics and if I want to get super into it, I’ll bring my DSLR that I used to take the initial pics of him along!

My next mode of action is getting him one of those little carrying bags so he can be protected when I take him along with me. There’s a bunch of cool ones esp. for Splatoon dolls that look like a seafood tray at the supermarket on taobao so LMAO

Here's my biggest project fully completed! Caspian's ball jointed doll is DONE!

This was an epic project and it took me 6 months to complete through a Canada Post strike and holiday rush, it's so satisfying to see him done. FYI I'm completely obsessed with him. He's adorable. I actually took my DSLR camera out to take these photos for his photoshoot. ENJOY!

I don’t understand the argument people make about there not being a government. We literally saw the octarians having a department within government with sunken scroll #6

I think this is why I hyper-fixate on these little details so much. Their society reflects ours. There are all these inner workings to it. Brands, companies with established logos etc… there are literal squid graphic designers making logos for brands, creating the packaging you see on items at mako mart and etc. (I’m a graphic designer by trade so this really intrigues me)

So yeah. Idk where I’m going with this but I just wanted to add this to the mix lol

just had the thought of "i should document all the mentions of/direct references to government in the splatoon world" and realized the infinity symbol representing autism is so appropriate because brother this shit never ends
