Incidence Rate
This disease has been common to women than to men for no reliable source yet discovered but scientist have seen or concluded that most of the women are affected with this disease. Scientist has suspected that such female sex hormones as progesterone and estrogen aggravate the condition. According to several reports, the condition worsens around puberty. In women, symptoms may worsen just before and during menstrual periods, after taking oral contraceptives, and around menopause.

Diagnosis of Trimethylaminuria
A person could know if he/she has this certain disease if he/she smells like fish odour. Base on my research there is a genetic testing on this disease on which you will take a sample of a gene of a patient to test if he/she has this disease.

Treatment of this Disease
Although there is no cure for Trimethylaminuria, the following are some ways to reduce symptoms of odour: Avoidance of foods that contain Trimethylamine and its precursors (choline, lecithin, and Trimethylamine N-oxide). Trimethylamine is present in high levels in milk obtained from wheat-fed cows.
The MEBO Research is one of the groups that supports or helps people who inherited such disease. They are a group of Doctors who have been studying Trimethylaminuria and has been studying the cure for this disease for the past decade.

Syndromes of Trimethylaminuria
Trimethylamine builds up in the bodies of patients with Trimethylaminuria. The Trimethylamine is released in the person's sweat, urine, reproductive fluids, and breath, giving off a strong fishy or body odour. Some people with Trimethylaminuria have a strong odour all the time, but most have a moderate smell that varies in intensity over time. Individuals with this condition do not have any physical symptoms, and they typically appear healthy.

Quote
The best love is the kind that awakens the soul; that makes us reach for more; that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds.
The Notebook
The love I’ve been looking for is the kind that makes me feel comfortable, the kind of love where I can be myself without worrying about my flaws, imperfections and the “what-ifs” situations. I want to be who I really am to know who are the ones that will accept my true colors and will love me despite my imperfections. I want the kind of relationship where the person I love makes my heart beat fast, inspires me, awakens my soul, and will bring peace to my mind because then, this kind of relationship for me is similar to the consummate love where the passion, intimacy and commitment are present.
“I don’t know a perfect person. I only know flawed people who are still worth loving.”
- John Green
This is also another kind of love that I keep on searching for because knowing the fact that someone truly loves you and accepts your flaws and imperfections makes you a blessed person. I want the kind of love where both persons who are loving each other are contented with what they have and that they are willing to sacrifice just for the sake of their partner and that they will accept the flaws and imperfections of their partner whole-heartedly.

THIS WORKS FOR ME TOO!
Being able to reach my goals are the best things I could even imagine in my entire life. Reaching my goals are the hardest and toughest part of my life because in attaining success one must experience the downfall moments for reaching the goal, in attaining success a person must experience many disappointments, discourage, breakdowns, and mental pain.
I need to reach my goals so that my parents would be proud of me as their son and through reaching my goals I could live a better future ahead of me, these goals may be hard but I am willing to sacrifice and to do my best to attain the goals I want in my life.

THE EMOTION CHALLENGE
Emotion is a natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.
1)  Don’t react right away. Reacting immediately to emotional triggers can be an immense mistake. It is guaranteed that you’ll say or do something you’ll later regret. Before refuting the trigger with your emotional argument, take a deep breath and stabilize the overwhelming impulse. Continue to breathe deeply for five minutes, feeling as your muscles untense and your heart rate returns to normal. As you become calmer, affirm to yourself that this is only temporary.
2)  Ask for divine guidance. Faith is our saving grace in our darkest moments. No matter your creed, developing a healthy relationship with the divine world will help you surmount your obstacles more easily. This is because when you believe in a higher force, you also believe in the power of divine intervention to show you what you must do, teach you why something is happening or even save you from a certain unwanted situation. When burdened with emotion, close your eyes, envision a positive solution to your problem, and ask the universe to illuminate the best path forward.
3)  Find a healthy outlet. Now that you’ve managed your emotion, you’ll need to release it in a healthy way. Emotions should never be bottled up. Call or go see someone you trust and recount to them what happened. Hearing an opinion other than your own broadens your awareness. Keep a journal and transfer your emotions from your inner self onto the paper. Many people find it helpful to engage in aggressive exercises, such as kickboxing or martial arts, to discharge their feelings. Others meditate and chant to return to a tranquil state of being. Perform whatever activity is best-suited to you in order to liberate your being from pent-up sentiments.
4)  See the bigger picture. Every happening of our lives, whether good or bad, serves a higher purpose. Wisdom means being able to see past the moment and discern the greater meaning of any given situation. You may not understand it in the beginning, but as time goes by, you’ll begin to see the bigger picture falling into perfect order. Even in the midst of an emotionally upsetting moment, trust that there exists an ultimate purpose which you will come to comprehend soon.
5)  Replace your thoughts. Negative emotions bind us to recurring negative thoughts, creating cycles of downright negative patterns. Whenever you are confronted with an emotion which is making you feel or think something bad, force it out of your mind and replace it with a different thought. Imagine the ideal resolution to your problem playing out, think about someone who makes you happy or remember an event that makes you smile.
6)  Forgive your emotional triggers. Your emotional triggers may be your best friend, your family members, yourself or all of the above. You may feel a sudden wave of anger when your friend “does that thing she does,” or a stab of self-loathing when you remember something you could have done differently. But when you forgive, you detach. You detach from the resentment, the jealousy or the fury lingering within you. You allow people to be who they are without the need for escalating emotions.
7) Exercise.  this releases reward and pleasure chemicals in the brain such as dopamine, which makes you feel better. Being fit also makes you healthier, which helps in managing emotions. 8) Spend time outside.   Being in the fresh air, especially around nature, is very helpful for calming the emotions. There is evidence that we need to see horizons, so if you can go up a hill and look at the view then do.
9)  Notice the good things in your life. In old-fashioned terms, count your blessings. 10) It’s good to talk. Spend time with other people and enjoy their company.

LEAD AND FOLLOW
Tumblr media
“A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus” for me the meaning of this quote is, if you really are a true leader you must not find the greatest people in town to make your squad better but instead you mold people to become better persons and to make your squad even better than before. A leader must be able to lead his people to the right path to become a great leader. Leadership is not the individual capability of a person to do great doings in his own way but leadership is how well you handle your people to lead them to the better decision and to efficiently provide what are their needs. A leader is responsible of molding his people to be its in best possible capability as a human being and to make them evolve even more as a person or a human itself.

DEAR ATE/KUYA
Dear kuya Ogie,
Thank you for being the best cousin/kuya to me. You’ve been so nice to me and I thank you for treating me like your little brother. Thank you for helping me in times when I needed a family member to help and support me. Thank you for all the lessons you taught me especially the ones that made me who I am now, the ones that made me become wiser, better and tougher, the ones that made me appreciate and realize a lot of things and lastly, the ones that helped me to become an optimistic person. Thank you for all the exposures you made me experience, I also realized that the experience itself was a great lesson to me. I would also like to say sorry for the times when I became a disappointment. Once again, thank you for everything.

I, also learned a lot of lessons from you. I, myself also learned how to be a good kuya. You were never a disappointment to me. Thank you also for everything Go.

MORALE BOOSTER
Dear self,
Thank you for being responsible enough to take part for the roles of your father when it comes to protecting the family, helping your mother in doing household chores, and for trying your best in school. There will come a time that life becomes tough for you to handle and that my only advice for you is to be mature enough to handle the situations that makes your life hard and always know that giving up will never be your option, giving up will never be your solution to every problem. Always bury this in mind that every problems you face, will only make you stronger, wiser and better. And that you need to stay strong for yourself and for others that relies on you no matter what.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CAREER GOALS
RESPONSIBILITIES, ACHIEVEMENTS AND GOALS (RAG)
GOAL
Even when I was still little, I’ve always dreamed of becoming a mechanical engineer one day.
Tumblr media
I want to be a mechanic engineer because I have a thing for machines. I enjoy repairing damaged machines like, our old refrigerator that fails to function well. When I was young I tend to reassemble my car and gun toys, I like to play with transformers which are connected to the battery in order for it to function and produce energy.
RESPONSIBILITY
As the eldest child and the only boy in our family, I am responsible to guard my younger sister and my mother. They rely on me since my father is not around and is working abroad, i took his role as a father in our family.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I took the responsibility of my father protecting and supporting my family. I also do the house chores that my father used to do like, washing the car, lifting the appliances in times of renovation or new house arrangements.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Tumblr media Tumblr media
One of my greatest achievements in life are having the BEST SET OF FRIENDS in the whole wide world, because I realized that having a true friend where you can share all your secrets, all your problems, a friends where you can lean on, a friends that will be your guide when you start to lose your way, nowadays, are so hard to find. In our group of friends, we treat each other like brothers that is why they are rare to find.

What I feel about expectations towards myself
“Expectations is the root of all heartache.” ―William Shakespeare. Expectations are the toughest and hardest part of being an individual, because since you were born, a lot of people has already made huge expectations from you. These people, are the people that surrounds you, your friends, your family, teachers, etc. Expectations from other people, especially from my family, pressures me, because I doubt that my best is not identical to their standards of “best”, I feel challenged at the same time, that I should always be preeminent. I am not being perfectionist, I want to do this, because I know that, I will be the only one who’ll benefit from this “expectations”, and that is to give my unrivaled scheme.
