hello my lovely members! this is admin blossom speaking to bring you sad news. we almost made it to our month anniversary mark and i’m really ashamed to say that i can’t continue the roleplay anymore. things took a drastic turn for me in the past three weeks where my financial situation is really stressing me that i can’t continuously admin on a schedule. the rp i had in mind was actually slightly different in terms of openness and activity. in hindsight, i had not prepared well enough for all the variables i hadn’t thought out for and is still not an experienced admin enough to handle the rp i created. i had a lot of plans including several events in my drafts and a revamp for you guys but found myself not in the spirits to complete them. i’m really sorry for the time you guys have put into your characters only to be left in the dust. 

vanta13 is an inspired and original idea that i love dearly and to see it being loved by our members was really touching. my dream team, two good friends and mods, buttercup and bubbles have been really encouraging and had supported me during the creation and the whole process. i couldn’t bear to have them carry all the weight when i created this rp and so it’s my responsibility to carry out my duties. all our members’ characters are so well made and their chemistry with each other is amazing so i thank you guys for contributing to a great story these almost six weeks. perhaps this rp will make a return in the future when we’re all better situated. but for now, it’s with shame, sadness, and gratitude that i will thank you guys one last time and close the rp. thank for the wonderful days and may you guys find even greater rp communities in the days ahead!

(1/2) ever since the introduction of pig man capitalism, biwako television is over flowing with horrible variety shows. the saving grace is jack zu, a bear grylls type survivalist, famous for having his dick bitten off by an armor shark (he has a robot dick now but that's not the point). jack zu is an icon. a legend. he's the gavin of our modern meme age. his pastel pink hair smells like ciroc even when you're watching through a regular, no-smells display. he can probably breathe in space.

hello hello! admin bubbles here just to clarify some confusion with the current pisces reserves. our pisces skeleton has already been taken by our nam joohyuk faceclaim, therefore we will not be taking any reservations for the spot! if either of the current pisces reserves would like to send in another reserve for a different available skeleton, please do so as both those reserves will be cleared. once again, we’re very sorry for the confusion and mistake, and we’ll try to stop this from happening again.

there's an underwater monument to lenin the 4th, the genetically-engineered-to be-gay politician, better known as one of the founders of biwako. it's a giant statue, just outside the capital city, and attracts tourists on scuba diving and submarine tours of the ocean. to the teenage biwanese however, it's important for different reasons. his stone finger points to a seaweed forest, where underwater weed grows and is collected by dealers. it's tradition to say "thanks lenin" before you blaze it

fact: tuna is an invasive species on biwako. it thrives in the ecosystem and tastes way better than earth tuna. on biwako, tuna is cheap and plentiful to be enjoyed by all, but is exported in small quantities at high prices, making biwako tuna a delicacy on other planets, to be enjoyed only by the wealthy or extremely lucky. biwako tuna can be auctioned for ridiculously high prices, comparable to rarer types of caviar or truffles.

what happens if my muse is collected? can we play that out?

yes!! you can definitely play it out! if you wanna chop off an arm or get seriously injured, have at it! honestly, anything is possible as long as its not death.

what exactly is the role of people on stand by? where would they be located? all they're doing is waiting or are they doing something else outside the hotel thats also important to the mission?

stand-by does not mean that you’re exactly standing around and doing nothing. this may mean that you’re in proximity outside or inside the hotel in casual earth attire as a bystander of sorts. (those on wires may be required for an alibi of why they’re on the gala floor and sorts.) they’re crucial back up, which is always needed. 

say there is a situation that requires a coder/brains to infiltrate the gala because a surveillance wasn’t tapped or an arms bc they’ve lost track of one of the field crew. say someone on stand by is needed in the gala because of their expertise or background/upbringing. those are potential plots. 

stand-by are more vague as a free for all because they could be called in as back up for whatever is needed. wires are specific in needing to infiltrate the system by hacking/surveillance. that places them sitting in one spot or jumping from room to room. field is specifically crew whose locations take place on the gala floor leading up through the hotel and finding the den.

MISSION ONE pt. 1

WHERE: 

Velleda, Gala

the Collector’s Den

OBJECTIVE: infiltrate the the gala, talk to the Collector, the hotel owner, and negotiate for “shipment”. options - settle a price, distract, or steal, and infiltrate the collector’s den. must have the shipment by the end of the gala. use force if necessary, kill only when death imminent.

DETAILS: the first part of the mission is to operate inside the hotel, fl. 43 rm. 105. all vanta crew must be in close proximity to the hotel and undercover in earth attire. shipment is a part of the “don’t touch, don’t ask” treasure. the Collector collects people and objects he think is of value, beauty, and uniqueness, often collects by a whim. do not attract his interest to collect you, his staff may also be of his collection.

POSITIONS:

FIELD: on the gala floor in formal attire. either approaching the collector or finding his den.

* send in your positions by 07/05; it doesn’t have to be your given position in description. all crew will be undercover to an extent. earth attire consists of that expensive shit so everyone needs to dress up. hint: think chaebols or that kdrama, the heirs (you bet vantablack has a room designated for disguises). tag threads with v13:gala. pt 1 threads will deal with infiltrating the gala and den. pt 2 will deal with their escape. group and one-on-one threads will be accepted. you guys can start once you've sent in your positions.
