Cold weather tips
Here are some helpful tips for your vape as we head into the colder months of the year:
-If it’s cold outside and your RDA/RTA/Tank gets colder than room temp it may not wick as well until it warms up.
-You may notice a quicker buildup of VG on your windows, windshields, mirrors etc. A quick and easy solution for this is to use Windex with vinegar.
-Lower temperatures can seriously reduce your battery life unless you take extra precautions to ensure your batteries stay above 32 ℉
-Your pallet could change from one flavor to a completely different type of flavor due to the season change. Most people switch to warmer flavors such as tobaccos, or desserts when fall hits.
-For those who use the SX350J V2 and SX450J chipsets: if they’re in a colder environment, the “compensate temp” that appears after you lock in your coils’ resistance will read lower.
-Metallic drip tips or chuff caps can also get surprisingly cold, and the sensitive skin on your lips is more vulnerable to frostbite. Consider switching to delrin, or maybe get a rubberized cover for your current drip tip or chuff cap.
