raising her perfectly sculpted eyebrows, delilah let a FOND smile play at her features. if it were anybody else, she would’ve given them a hard time, but it was ( WARREN ), she could never tease him. “i think you both need a proper meal and somethin’ to drink.” she said, holding her arms out for the puppy. “come up to my place and i’ll keep her for the night. but i swear, if she pees on my new couch, i’ll kick ya both out.”

he nodded at her, eyes softening a bit as she suggests food and a drink. he knew the small puppy in his arms could use some food and water, and he wouldn’t turn it down. “ i can keep her for the night, i think . . . i need to take her to the vet tomorrow. she wouldn’t pee on your couch, though, i think she’s really too SCARED to pee at all. isn’t that sad ?? she’s calmed down now that i’ve been holding her to warm her up, but if i put her down i think she’ll just start shaking again. ”

“jesus fucking christ, mate.” max said, taking a few steps back as he scrunched his nose in disgust. him and warren had been friends forever, but the two couldn’t be any more different, that was for sure. “first of all, that damn thing probably has rabies. second of all, it fucking stinks from here and third of all, if you think i’m gonna allow you to bring it into my limo, you thought wrong, dude. go leave it on someone’s porch and then take a chemical shower.”

it took wren all but three seconds to pout when max started talking about the dog in his arms. he squinted his eyes and pursed his lips, cradling the fragile dog in his arms. “ i didn’t ask for her to go to your house or in your limo or whatever, max, i was just simply informing you that i can’t possibly leave her out on the streets. she doesn’t have rabies, either, or i’d have been bitten by now. ” that might be a lie, but he didn’t care. he huffed and shifted his weight to the other leg, voice raising in pitch when he starts again, “  i mean, christ, i’ll feed her and keep her tonight, but i’m gonna take her to the vet tomorrow. she’s just thin, not even real dirty. ”

“ –– and now here i am. it was long winded, i know, but i couldn’t just let the poor dog run around without a collar . . . plus, she looked like she was thirsty. ” he was cradling a small, skinny dog in his arms, his eyes locked on the person in front of him. he jutted his bottom lip out, moving the dog forward just a little, as if to show the person look at her, she’s so sweet, “ i know i can’t keep her, but i couldn’t just leave her out there. it was going to rain tonight. ”

hello !! i’m katie and i’ve been trying to find a home for my baby warren (wren !!) and i think i’ve found it here !! i’m v excited for this, so under the cut is a little about wren and some wanted connections !!

ANYWAY SO wren wren wren his full name is warren ezra vanderbilt and he is Smol but he won’t admit it and he won’t let any of u know ! except he doesn’t have to say anything. he just exists that way

he comes from a very very very wealthy background

his father owns an architecture business that started in london england, but they moved to brooklyn, new york when he was 6 (his mum was from london) and his dad’s business transferred with them so he has businesses across the US and back in london tht he oversees

warren works for him as a social media representative (i.e. he posts pictures of the houses and buildings and gets promotion and he does some of the marketing as well)

he has 2 siblings, one older than him and one younger (and i’d name them but i’m gonna submit a WC so,,,)

fun fact that everyone in his family knows about but no one says anything about: his youngest sisters is from his father’s affair

they got away with it by saying the family had to travel back to london for a year (i.e. wren & his older sister were forced to do online school while they hid away in london with his mum, dad, and dad’s mistress so they could pretend it was mum’s baby) they paid the woman a lot a lot a lot of money to keep her mouth shut and the family adopted the youngest sister and they just don’t speak to the other lady anymore

he is VERY very very closeted like, he has a fake girlfriend to try to convince his parents he’s not straight. they’ve questioned him before and threatened him with therapy (his dad, not so much his mum) so he just..... keeps it a secret

the girlfriend knows it’s a coverup (maybe he’s a coverup for her, too ??)

he’s had secret boyfriends of course and his closest friends know but he is very very afraid to tell ppl in fear of it getting back to his dad

he was obviously..... very well off ?? with his dad being a business man so he never missed out on extracurriculars or anything like he played football and piano and he is actually going to colelge (fully paid for) for public relations and a minor in music and literature

HE LIKES TO PARTY but on the downlow like won’t get smashed in public all the time but likes to go have fun and definitely gets high and wasted in his apartment
