New #Ninjago digital sketch. I’ve now seen all of S8, SONS OF GARMADON and it was fantastic. This is an image stuck in my mind...how I see Lloyd right after the season ended. Exhausted. Alone. Can’t wait for S9.

Back in September after I finally saw the LEGO NINJAGO MOVIE I had this idea for a new illustration of both the TV and Movie Ninjas hanging out. I sketched out the piece and shared progress updates with fans all that evening on Twitter (@dveese) and IG (@danveesenmeyer) as I worked. I have not finished this piece to date because of my work schedule but I plan to in 2018. Here are some of that night’s snaps.

Hey I love your art 💖 just wondering, what sort of software/hardware do you use?

Thank you. I mainly digitally draw with CLIP STUDIO PAINT software. Formerly called MANGA STUDIO. I use a PC and draw on the screen of a WACOM 22HD CINTIQ.
