Hey Tumblr fam,
I hope this post finds you all in good spirits. Today, I wanted to share something that has been weighing heavily on my heart. After much contemplation and soul-searching, I have come to the difficult decision of leaving Tumblr behind.
My journey on this platform has been a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I have had incredible moments of connection, laughter, and learning with many of you. I've made friendships that I will cherish for a lifetime. However, it's important for me to acknowledge the darker side of my experience as well.
I apologize sincerely for any harm I may have caused through my past actions. There were times when I allowed negativity and frustration to get the better of me, and I engaged in trolling behavior that was hurtful and unkind. I want to express my deepest regrets to anyone who was affected by my actions. I take full responsibility for my mistakes, and I am committed to learning and growing from them.
It's disheartening to see how hate and toxicity can seep into even the most creative and open-minded spaces. The anonymity of the internet often fuels this negativity, and it can be difficult to escape the consequences of our own actions. I have witnessed the pain and damage caused by cyberbullying, and I no longer want to contribute to that toxic cycle.
While leaving Tumblr feels bittersweet, I believe it is the right step for my personal growth. I want to prioritize my mental well-being and redirect my energy towards more positive endeavors.
