The god/goddess/divine did not create a woman's body to be shamed, judged, criticized, used or desecrated in any way.
A woman's body is a sacred space, a holy landscape, a portal in to this world, a prayer to be honoured and a feminine force to behold.

The practice of gratitude provides existential perspective.
As creatures focused on survival, there is no time for gratitude. One must focus on the next threat, the next obstacle, and all the ways things can go wrong.
As creatures of awareness, we can take deliberate moments to reflect on the wonderful things in our lives, the people we love, and celebrate what has gone well. It is its own reward to be capable of recognizing, acknowledging, and feeling love for what is already here.
The creature of survival lives in an atmosphere of fear. The creature of awareness lives saturated by love and abundance.
Notice that this doesn’t require someone to ignore the things to which the creature of survival pays attention. We need to remain mindful of obstacles and threats and the like. But if we don’t take the time to savor and love what we already have, we will live as if we have nothing.
In this way, gratitude provides an existential perspective by broadening our mood beyond our day-to-day circumstances. It is not about focusing on the positive and ignoring the negative; it is the means to cultivate a heart that cherishes.

“Look within, be still. Free from fear and attachment, know the sweet joy of the way.. Follow the shining ones, the wise, the awakened, the loving, for they know how to forbear. Follow them as the moon follows the path of the stars.”

Never get angry, even with someone who has deliberately and maliciously harmed you. You should be grateful to such a person for helping you to purify past negative actions, to increase your determination to be free from samsara and to develop love and compassion.
