They could lead to bigger problems and who wants problems? None. What more of the bigger ones? Double none. And so in the first signs of stress, find a way to diffuse it right away.
Tip 2: Breathe
Too much stress could result to negative effects on your body. Know that it's imperative that you put your health on the priority as well.
