About Me !

Hello! My name’s Vender! I don’t go by any other names yet… I’d rather be referred to by my name! but otherwise, please use they/them for me if it’s weird or awkward. I would rather not share personal/private things right now, and if I do, I am probably in an episode or a bad state of mind. I apologize in advance.

I am a disabled person of colour! that said, if I forget to write proper Image descriptions, trigger something, or say something out of line, please tell me! I need confrontation if I do something wrong.

English is not my first language, so I’m sorry if anything sounds off or wrong. I try to speak/type things very directly so it is easy to understand and translate. I consider myself fluent though, and I am slowly relearning my mother tongue.

I really want to scream my lungs out! with the negative misanthropy that plagues me, it’s hard for me to communicate with people and reach out to others. I am still recovering from mental illness, but I am getting better! Please keep this in mind. This is my way of saying “Sorry if I come off as a Dick”

Right now, there are very few things that make me smile, and a lot of things that make me feel hopeless, depressed, and hateful. I’ve decided to look to the brighter side instead and I’m going to try to find more things that make me happy

suicide and self harm are mentioned below.

I’m sorry I haven’t been posting as much as of late, there’s been a lot on my mind and I’ve recently moved. I’ve been super into chiikawa lately.. maybe a little too much… I don’t usually make text posts, or personal posts like this.. at all..... ever… this year has been super rough for me so far. despite that, I’m surprised I’ve made it this far!

I would make this very wordy since I haven’t ever been able to open up like this in years… but I’ve decided against it. Still, I felt like sharing, and I want to learn from people who have been through experiences similar to mine. In short, I think I’ve been clean from harming myself for maybe two years or so! I’m proud of how far I’ve come since I was also on the brink of committing suicide that same time. I found my will to live maybe a few months or so ago, yet it feels so recent. It’s bizarre to me, since I used to think so negatively of my life.. but now, I’ve decided I’m going to live no matter what happens!

I’ve been thinking of getting out of my art hiatus recently. And even though I’m not in my best condition, looking through my art has made me feel even more alive again. maybe for the best and the worst… but I really want to start expressing my emotions more than ever. I want to continue to share and be kind to others despite what my mind says. I may suffer time to time from my intrusive thoughts and my somatic episodes, it’s still nice to just draw and post what I like, and be proud of what I’ve accomplished over the years!

I’m still very young, and I have a lot I want to do. I hope one day I can share my projects and my ideas, and maybe connect with more people and bring my dreams to life. I’m sorry this is a little more wordy than usual… I have to hold myself from shouting or screaming things a lot. Usually in paragraphs of text… but I hope I can become closer and open up from the military grade invertebrate shell that I hide in.

Today a little old lady let me into her garden!

This is the British bluebell, these ones are rather bright! There were some darker ones too, but I didn't want to trample her garden to get to them..

British bluebells are a delicate and pretty spring flower. Somewhat near me is an ancient wood full of bluebells, I hope to take some pictures there soon! The British bluebell has droopy stems that I find very cute and characteristic. They're one of my favourite flowers 💐 💙
