When you are stressed or tired, one of the most self-loving acts you can do is stay away from your phone because mostly likely you will sitting around, scrolling, and watching things that will bring your vibration down further, perhaps to the lowest forms of consciousness. Even watching too many educational or motivational videos can have a negative effect on your body and psyche. Begin to understand yourself and track the scent of your habits and behavior. Simplify your life like cleaning out the clutter or downsizing your closet so that you have the energetic space to notice your unconscious patterns. Study your actions and observe yourself more. Accept that in this new earth, you will have to operate differently. This is how you bring your energy up to the next level and elevate to greater heights from there.
