Look ok I know i literally JUST made my s/i sheet but like

I FINALLY MADE LEO AND NOVÀ ART YOU BETTER BE EXCITED /nf /silly

Ok, so if you are new here no Leo is NOT anywhere being CLOSE to a new f/o we have been together for over a year and it will be two years this next January !!

It’s understandable if you wondered why I never posted me and Leo since he is one of my main three romantic f/os and lemme say it is anything BUT he hasn’t been on my mind ! I fell for him during my first ever fire emblem game and ever since there’s never been a character in the franchise I could ever leave my sweet Leo for. He means so much to me, the reason I haven’t drew me and him is for two reasons-

One, Leo is HARD to draw and I’ve been drawing for 7 years and he still trips me up to draw a year later- like just ask my bestie @xenon-art that man is VERY difficult to draw and that goes for all Fe characters like I have f/oed Lucina since childhood and didn’t get the hang of drawing her til recently because Fe characters are VERY complex both mentally and physically wise with their outfits- they are never that simple with how amazingly designed they are !!

And two, I haven’t played a game with Leo in it for a while until recently and I already feel way more happy and content with him cause before I wasn’t really getting much content of him since there aren’t that many fics for him nor edits and it was like not getting attention from your f/o which made me GREATLY upset !! But now I have a working ds and binging Fe fates (his main game!!) so i definitely feel more confident in our relationship now !!

Leo is shipped with so many characters it really puts me down that there isn’t much fanart of him alone and not paired with someone, but in the end that motivates me now to make more content of us since we love each other SO MUCH he is the most comforting soul and he may be a blonde bastard but he is VERY SWEET and has held me through the most difficult times and swooned me into marrying him so with that being said he is part of my main three FOR A VERY GOOD REASON !!!!

Thank you for being patient with me as I didn’t expect it to take me this long to get confident in drawing Leo, I just wanted him to look the best !!

Also I love how he is just so sweet and gentle with Novà like THATS HIS GIRL BACK OFF 👊🏼

He’s definitely comforting her about her past, I didn’t really think of what he is comforting her for in this drawing I just wanted some angsty comfort here !!

MY FIRE EMBLEM S/I SHEET IS HERE !!!!

This is my girl Novà !!!! She is Leo’s lover and Lucina’s half sister !!

I’m actually shaking with excitement fricking VIBRATING over finally getting this done and being able to talk about me and Leo’s relationship AHHHHH

I’ll put her character break down/story below if you would like to read ! I’ll be making a fic series of her and Leo/Lucinas relationship so if anything is confusing or in the dark dw I’ll probably explain in a fic in the future !

First things first I’m warning yall now, Novà like many other FE characters is a VERY complex character so buckle up cause her backstory gets confusing for even ME. And TW very slight mention of sexual assault if that is not your cup of tea please take care of yourself and I’ll see ya !

(I’ll be explaining her as if she is actually a cannon character so uh yeah)

In the beginning of the game she is very shy and stoic though almost emotionless, one word Xander (Leo’s brother) used to describe her would be inclusive. The best way I could describe her personality is like a mix of Mao Mao from Apothecary diaries and Mitsuri from Demon slayer season one specifically.

Her and Lucina grew up in early childhood together not knowing they were half sisters but just sisters, Novà was born of the same mother of Lucina but not the same father as Novà’s father is a completely different ruler who sexually assaulted Novà and Lucina’s mother so she became pregnant with Novà.

Now it’s important to note that Chrom’s (Lucina’s father) wife is different just depending on how you play the game so I’ll refer to her as just his wife since it’s different for everybody and plus I like the idea of Novà’s mother being anonymous.

Novà was stripped of living with her mother plus Chrom and Lucina by being taken by her biological father. Her father (not cannon in the game btw just another oc I made up) is the ruler of Clarjia (again a kingdom that is not cannon but I made up for her story)

Novà grew up not really getting much emotional attention let alone any attention on that topic. She was the only child in her castle always playing by herself. The only good role model she had was Xander who would visit with her and play with her when his father King Garon (King of Nohr) would meet with the Ruler of Clarjia. She grew very fond of Xander and saw him as like a father to her since he was much older.

Growing up she was used as a weapon maker since she was born with the ability to use Crystal Magic. She can form crystals like ice powers through any part of her body and they are especially useful for wielding weaponry. She can even form crystals towards the surface of her skin which is why she has little armor since she doesn’t need it !

Also she picked up belly dancing after reading many books about it and watching women in her village do it from her bedroom window, hence why her class rank in the FE games is a dancer ! A dancer possesses the ability to use the “Dance” command and give an ally another turn since in FE a lot like chess you only get one turn !

Though after years of being mentally and physically taken advantage of and beaten when she would differ from opinions or beliefs by both her father and step mother, her breaking point would be when her father offered Novà’s body off to King Garon as a peace treaty.

And to put it lightly Novà very much so denied and used her magic to crystallize the king and queen as well as everyone else in the castle, while also putting her kingdom which was in a Mediterranean type climate into a immortal blizzard Arctic climate.

She covered her face to help seal her identity since many (especially King Garon) depicted her for a monster for wiping out her entire kingdom and dooming it to a forever blizzard.

Lucina visits her after saving her father’s future (so after the awakening time line) in order to meet with Novà and hopefully rekindle their relationship by catching up. I’ll make a fic about this but in the end Novà doesn’t accept Lucina as her sister until the end of the FE fates games time line. It’s not because she despises Lucina she just can’t accept that someone as great as Lucina would be related to a ‘monster’ as Novà referred to herself as such.

Novà meets Leo by him passing through her Arctic prison while on a mission from King Garon his father, though his horse got spooked and bucked him off thus knocking Leo out as he hit the ground. Novà recognizes his Nohrien armor and chooses to help him and get him someplace warm in her castle since she was fond of every Nohrien thanks to Xander but despises their king for obvious reasons.

Leo offers to make Novà his retainer so she could live in Nohr with her face veil still on which she accepts. A retainer in FE is a nobles apprentice who also takes orders from the noble like for example Leo can send his retainers out to missions !

Leo is the first person to see Novà without her veil as he caught her from falling and her veil lifted up, that was then when she explained her reason behind Veiling to Leo which he greatly accepts her secret and tries his best to get her and Xander to interact more in hopes of her being comfortable enough to show Xander her face.

Alright now for some fun facts about Novà !!

•Her clothes are all made by her and are suppose to be rebellious against her conservative biological father and step mother !

•Her clothes also resemble the color of her crystals from her magic !

•While she is a magic user she also is a physical fighter and can either use magic or her body to fight back !

•She LOVES sweets and it’s cannon that she absolutely adores cotton candy and caramel ! Anytime there’s a vender in town Leo and Lucina always get her some hehe !

•In the franchise the more recent the game is the more open up Novà becomes ! While she is extremely shy and stoic in FE conquest, in birthright and revelation you’ll see she appears more confident and even sassy a bit !

•When comfortable and in more recent games she has her sister’s dry humor ! While she looks close to nothing like Lucina she shares a lot of her facial features and even personality !

HELP A TRANS MAN STAY HOUSED [$0/1150]

Hello! I hate to ask again from the internet, but I once more am having trouble making rent this month and must ask for any assistance people are willing to offer. My mental illness has made it nearly impossible for me to find a job and I am discussing options with my therapist. Possibly to apply for disability if the government won't be rude about it (they will).

Until then though I am struggling with rent significantly and am trying to save up as much as I can for my next coming months rent!

The amount I need for rent is high since my landlords uhh suck. It is $1150 for my rent, which is a huge ask for people I understand. Anything helps though, and it would go a long way!
