He really was  about to get angry with Ragnar, If he hurt his sister he would do something about it even kill him if it was necessary.   

A bitter laugh escaped her lips when he spoke. It hurt her to speak of it, but she had to, no one was going to allow it to to be let go of that easily. After all, why would they? She’d left the comfort to go off with that farmer her family didn’t approve of.

These arrangements were not going to happen. She could not and would not settle for it, it was insulting he would even suggest that after everything and promising not to see her again.

Insulted and humiliated she returned home with their only surviving son, Björn in tow. She had no where else to go, she couldn’t stay, she refused to be in an arrangement such as that, she LOVED him and he slept with her and refused to turn her away, it was too late for her to birth many more sons for him. Too late for them. 

 She wore a mask as not to show how she felt, and when he got closer to her she looked up at him, anger bubbling up inside her, how could he ask that? Had father not told them?
