I had a horrifying dream that I looked in the mirror and I was HUGE, like my face was super fat and my arms were giant, I looked like my HW+30 LBS. I started sobbing in the mirror and my mom knocked on the bathroom door with a bag of fast food and I slapped it out of her hand and continued to sob at myself. Literally petrifying 😭😭

Verti's 240 hour fast
Rules:
Only low cal liquids and low calorie candy (like 0 sugar jolly ranchers for 9 cals each)
Liquids allowed: Zero sugar/diet soda, tea, coffee, almond milk, diet energy/sports drinks, electrolytes, low calorie broths
Candies allowed: Gum, zero sugar/low cal candies only
Keep going to the gym/walking until it becomes too hard
STAY HYDRATED.
Do not break the fast no matter what.

*+10 day liquid fast+*
*Hii!! So for the next 10 days I’m going to be liquid fasting! I’m going to update everyday with my weight and every night before bed to check in that I’ve not broken it!
*Little disclaimer, I’ve just come off a binge so I may lose quite a bit at the start, so if you attempt this don’t expect to see the exact same results!! Even if you’ve also just come off a binge, we’re all different and will lose different amounts!
*Here is some more info about MY liquid fast, if you want to use my ideas as inspo for your own fast go ahead!!
Liquid ideas:
*black coffee
*herbal teas
*water
*Diet Coke/diet juice in general
*sugar free energy drinks
*sugar free diluting juice
RULES:
* stay hydrated! - drink minimum of 2L of water every day! + other drinks to stay full and manage appetite
* stay as busy as possible! - read, binge watch tv, do crafts, play online games etc. just DONT let yourself be bored!
* I’m personally going to try keep my intake sub 50 liquid cals per day, but if I’m feeling really faint, I’ll allow myself up to sub 200.
Exercise:
* in terms of exercise, I probably won’t do much for a few reasons:
1. In case it makes me more hungry
2. In case it makes me faint
For me it’s not worth the risk since i have multiple appointments every week and it’s not worth fainting at one of them to burn a few extra cals!
* however, I want to increase my flexibility so I will try to do 10 mins of stretching in the morning and evening!
* if I ever feel like I’m up to doing more then ofc I’ll do it, but I’m not gonna put pressure on myself to do tons and then be disapointed if I don’t manage it!

Honestly I might start doing omads, fuck it. I hate tiny meals so much man, especially since I gotta get a lot of protein in. But my limit is 450 so it'll be hard to get everything I want in a 450 cal meal (not actually true except I'm a fatass).

Wow, I fucked up today, didn't I? I have to burn at least 584 cals today, and I can't go to the gym because I already went yesterday, so I have to get it entirely by walking and on top of that I have to be careful because my legs are still sore. Life really is something, huh?

Ended up fucking my legs up.
Did 70 lbs on my legs on Wednesday, now I'm so sore I waddle when I walk. Going to the gym today, but staying away from legs FOR SURE.
Going to take some MSM powder tho.
