It does not make you a bad person because we went through things , others cannot relate to. Breathe, realize you have people and support. Reach out if you are in need. Too many people take the wrong path. We need to have one another’s back in this life.

We need to focus on ourselves and realize no one is going to help. We wake up and feel as though we have no reason to be here. Progress you woke up. Smile and look at yourself in a mirror and stand strong for yourself .
