Finalised Story Script
Tittle: TBC Script
A house near Colombo suburbs. –12th Dec 1985 (Alex Grandpa’s Birthday) Young Alex is playing at his grandpa’s house, and steps into grandpa’s room. He’s looking around for toys and accidentally discovers an old cupboard with grandpa’s antiques. He finds an umbrella and tries to open to check it out, unfortunately it was hard to open and give up his hopes. He leaves the umbrella and rushes out as dad calls him for dinner.
Year 2004
Alex trains himself to become an expert magician as it was his childhood desire to become one which sparked him. He practices various other magic tricks and have a combination of successful and failed magic tricks. His weird thought of to Fly Like a Bird using the magic powers was always in his mind to which he wanted to try and execute it almost until he gets it right! But fails each instance.
12th Dec 2004
Alex continues his experiments and inventing new potions as usual. But this time at his Grandpa’s storage room. After few hours of experiment, he fell asleep and dreamt about him getting wings and the ability to fly. With excitement and joy on his dream he accidently broke and toppled over the potions he had developed.
Alex wakes up on disappointment & goes around cleaning up all the liquid that had fallen on the floor and on the old umbrella his Grandpa owned where Alex used to play with when he was young. Alex couldn’t believe it; the umbrella had been stained multicolored by the potions! Surprisingly the Umbrella opens with colorful & magical powers with blaze of colorful lights surrounding him in front of him and show’s its real powers.
Alex get hold of the Umbrella and feels an unnatural magical power, a while after he realizes that his feet weren’t on the floor. He was floating on air!

In a glimpse, Alex realizes, the umbrella was a magical & powerful that by holding it he could fly. Excited Alex,: “Finally I’m flying like a bird!!“
