"Mah bakery's 'bout t'open. Y'gone come ovah an' be mah first patron? Yuh do still owe me, y'know."
"Bakery? Really?" Siebold had to think on it for a moment. Oh, Harley did like to bake, or so he recalled. But he could barely believe Harley would open up a bakery... "Does a Top Coordinator have the time to manage such a business? Don't tell me....you've finally washed up? Goodness...and now you need my help to drive in the interest for your small business, oui?"

"So when are we going to stop pretending Lysandre's dead and NOT on vacation in Pasio with his boyfriend? It seems like everyone knew about it except for me...Tch, he gets away with everything, huh." He'll remember this next time he cooks a meal for a certain few.

"I never thought it strange that my Clawitzer does not seem uncomfortable when he watches me make dishes with his kind. But now that I think about it, perhaps it's a little worrisome? Nah, surely not."

"Since it's legal to eat most pokemon, shouldn't it be legal for pokemon to eat us? It'd be horrific sight to behold, but what if the pokemon prepared it like a steak au poivre? Huh, restaurants solely for pokemon by pokemon is an interesting thought."

"Some time ago, I considered Pokestar Studios to be an experimental indie studio, but it seems they are much larger than I expected." It was far too long ago. Their budget must at least grown exponentially since now they paid for the use of an ' authentic Kalosian chef' to lead a team to creating beautiful creations for a scene in a movie. Siebold's done this before a few times in Kalos, but he was honestly surprised with the behind the scenes of a studio like Pokestar. " Are the movies any better nowadays? "

"I may have overdone it, but they've come out well nevertheless." He's only been in Sinnoh to support a friend at a certain tournament. Though he's spent up to two extra days after discovering the art of poffin-making. Siebold been one to try new things, so it was natural that he would take the extra time at a workshop specializing in making the confection and had been practicing nonstop ever since. Various flavors, shapes, & textures had been tested with his own pokemon, but there is still so many left over. He felt he had no other choice but to give some away before leaving the foreign region. "Would you like a bag?"

“ I-uh, I’m not all too familiar with a professional big kitchen setting, but I’m going to do my best! ” Kalos was a whole lot different then the simple sandwich delis in Paldea. They have fancier restaurants-sure, but nothing like the luxury here.
But he’s here to learn to be the best chef from the best chef! Arven stands up taller.
“ I’m here to master Kalos’s unique style of food. No matter what it takes, mister Siebold, uh…chef! ”
" Haha! What strong energy! " To Siebold, that innocent yet seemingly unwavering passion was admirable. There were many he's taught that had basic to very little formal education of the culinary arts - this feeling he got from the other was far too familiar. The dream for many chefs lay in the confines of Lumiose City, where the culture of cuisine was an entire world of itself. It was a way of life, a study that could last a lifetime. In this culture are intricate subcultures that are separate yet recognized as part of a while. To master this, it would be a maddening task, a path with no end - but Siebold said nothing of it. Siebold happily embraced the very same folly. " Passion is one of the most important ingredients in the kitchen. As long as you have that, you'll do just fine. "

"H-Hyperbeam? Goodness, no! He'd be doing more disintegrating than he would be cooking. Even a restrained flamethrower would be dicey, certainly not recommended in any kitchen. "

“Does … does he hyperbeam stuff ta cook it?”
