Elaborate in the tags, maybe even link your fic if you're able to! I like seeing what people's driving force to write fic is, because it always seems to be different depending on who you ask.
#self insert because the only fic I've ever plotted out is for Palia and i just wanted to expand upon the already existing story#and how your character fits into the universe#just with how i play my character and their choices/romances#and i wanted to try to guess where i thought the plot was gonna go#i still think my guesses are close but they added a new character that kind of changes around things somewhat#i should get around to that at some point in case the plot goes completely differently#because i like where i think its gonna go and i want that story written down somewhere if that's not actually where they go with it#but im still like 80% sure it's gonna go where i think it is and if it does i will LOVE it lmao#if you play Palia - im convinced Kenli's sister/the duchess is the head of the cartel and she's gonna have a standoff with Eshe#and Eshe is canonically still clearly in love with her despite her betrayal and i wanna see Eshe have her carried off in handcuffs#with help from the ragtag bunch of the player Reth Tish and Zeki and now Subira too i guess lol#though seeing Subira involved in entirely dismantling The Order would be based af ngl#after maxing friendship with every character available the only one i still feel any negativity towards is Tamala#but my feelings on her will depend on if we find out she cursed Taylin into turning into the elder beast to hurt Hassian#in which case she can also get carted off in handcuffs because that's fucked up#also now entertaining a theory that the new character Ulfe is Hassian's little brother he didnt know about#but idk how long ago Taylin went to fight the beast and didn't return#because Ulfe is like probably 10 or so if i had to guess?#sry for Palia rant#ive been feeling especially depressed about not feeling like i can share my interests with anyone#mostly because as a child it was weaponised against me#im still in therapy about the bullying and like#I'm so sick of things from multiple decades ago still causing me problems bc this is bullshit#and i just had my adhd meds adjusted and still can't stfu apparently lol
