I want to live by myself when I move out of my parent's place but I'm really afraid of money problems? I'm afraid that the only place I can afford will be in the ghetto and it'll all be torn apart and I'll only be allowed to eat one granola bar a week. I'm really stressing out about this. I don't know anything about after school life. I don't know anything about paying bills or how to buy an apartment and it's really scaring me. is there anything you know that can help me?

Once you’ve looked over all those cool links, I have some general advice for you on how you can have some sort of support system going for you:
Reasons to move out of home
You may decide to leave home for many different reasons, including:
wishing to live independently
location difficulties – for example, the need to move closer to university
conflict with your parents
being asked to leave by your parents.
Issues to consider when moving out of home
It’s common to be a little unsure when you make a decision like leaving home. You may choose to move, but find that you face problems you didn’t anticipate, such as:
Unreadiness – you may find you are not quite ready to handle all the responsibilities.
Money worries – bills including rent, utilities like gas and electricity and the cost of groceries may catch you by surprise, especially if you are used to your parents providing for everything. Debt may become an issue.
Flatmate problems – issues such as paying bills on time, sharing housework equally, friends who never pay board, but stay anyway, and lifestyle incompatibilities (such as a non-drug-user flatting with a drug user) may result in hostilities and arguments.
Your parents may be worried
Think about how your parents may be feeling and talk with them if they are worried about you. Most parents want their children to be happy and independent, but they might be concerned about a lot of different things. For example:
They may worry that you are not ready.
They may be sad because they will miss you.
They may think you shouldn’t leave home until you are married or have bought a house.
They may be concerned about the people you have chosen to live with.
Reassure your parents that you will keep in touch and visit regularly. Try to leave on a positive note. Hopefully, they are happy about your plans and support your decision.
Tips for a successful move
Tips include:
Don’t make a rash decision – consider the situation carefully. Are you ready to live independently? Do you make enough money to support yourself? Are you moving out for the right reasons?
Draw up a realistic budget – don’t forget to include ‘hidden’ expenses such as the property’s security deposit or bond (usually four weeks’ rent), connection fees for utilities, and home and contents insurance.
Communicate – avoid misunderstandings, hostilities and arguments by talking openly and respectfully about your concerns with flatmates and parents. Make sure you’re open to their point of view too – getting along is a two-way street.
Keep in touch – talk to your parents about regular home visits: for example, having Sunday night dinner together every week.
Work out acceptable behaviour – if your parents don’t like your flatmate(s), find out why. It is usually the behaviour rather than the person that causes offence (for example, swearing or smoking). Out of respect for your parents, ask your flatmate(s) to be on their best behaviour when your parents visit and do the same for them.
Ask for help – if things are becoming difficult, don’t be too proud to ask your parents for help. They have a lot of life experience.
If your family home does not provide support
Not everyone who leaves home can return home or ask their parents for help in times of trouble. If you have been thrown out of home or left home to escape abuse or conflict, you may be too young or unprepared to cope.
If you are a fostered child, you will have to leave the state-care system when you turn 18, but you may not be ready to make the sudden transition to independence.
If you need support, help is available from a range of community and government organisations. Assistance includes emergency accommodation and food vouchers. If you can’t call your parents or foster parents, call one of the associations below for information, advice and assistance.
Where to get help
Your doctor
Kids Helpline Tel. 1800 55 1800
Lifeline Tel. 13 11 44
Home Ground Services Tel. 1800 048 325
Relationships Australia Tel. 1300 364 277
Centrelink Crisis or Special Help Tel. 13 28 50
Tenants Union of Victoria Tel. (03) 9416 2577
Things to remember
Try to solve any problems before you leave home. Don’t leave because of a fight or other family difficulty if you can possibly avoid it.
Draw up a realistic budget that includes ‘hidden’ expenses, such as bond, connection fees for utilities, and home and contents insurance.
Remember that you can get help from a range of community and government organizations.

Love and Hate - Vanderwood x Reader(MC)
We need some more Vanderlove in our lives so here’s something I wrote awhile ago for a friend of mine. <3~
~~~
Due to the aggressiveness you and Vanderwood show each other, and it is no wonder that Seven, and the rest of the RFA, are certain you two hate each other. But what will the spunky redheads reaction be when he discovers that you and Vanderwood are madly in love, and just happen to have a love/hate relationship? Did something slip by God 707?
~~~
f/n: your first name
h/c: your hair colour
e/c: your eye colour
~~~
From across the room at his desk, the red-headed hacker, 707, also known as Seven, munches on his favorite snack Honey Buddha Chips while amusingly listening to the pair on his couch; (f/n), the newest member of the RFA, and his maid and fellow agent, Vanderwood. Seven, unaware to the fact the two are engaged, chuckles as he listens to them argue. He always wonders why the two seem to hate each other so much, considering they are always fighting with each other. But who is he to get in the way? It’s perfect entertainment and a good excuse for not doing his work!
“I can’t stand how you think you are so much better than everyone, so much cooler, just because you are a secret agent. You just seem cocky.” Vanderwood scoffs at (f/n)’s comment, cleary unamused with her insult. “That is pure gold coming from you considering how you walk around all high and mighty thinking you are so much more intelligent than everyone else.”
“I do not! God, I’m so sick of you,” she says, crossing her arms and turning away from Vanderwood, but he isn’t done with her; he still has a bone to pick. He is quick to pull on her shoulder and sling her back towards him.
“You bring this on yourself, you petty bitch. Spouting insults whenever we’re together. Has your mother ever taught you about karma, or that you get what is coming for you.”
The (h/c) girl scrunches her nose, her brows indenting towards each other and her eyes squinting violently. (F/n) has always been one to be strong and good at holding herself up, but her temper is one of her greatest weaknesses. “How dare you call me that, you cold hearted bastard! Screw you! I hate you, you stubborn cun-” “I am only stating the truth, but I can now see you are too immature to handle it.”
(f/n) smacks his shoulder, the sound of a palm hitting the leather jacket echos through the room. Vanderwood growls before grabbing her arms, his face getting so close to hers that their noses are almost touching. “Watch it, (f/n). I swear to god I’ll taser you.” She smirks beneath him, swiftly pushing him off so he plops on the couch. “Do it. You won’t. You’re too much of a wuss.”
Seven smirks, turning back in his chair to continue his work.
It’s rational for Seven to think the pair hate each other. Whenever he sees them they are shouting at each other at the top of their lungs causing both of them to become hoarse when the yelling match is over. He always sees you glaring at each other from across the room, sniping jabs at each other, cussing each other out. So of course you hate each other.
But Seven has a tendency to brag about being the greatest hacker in the world, and not only that, but a god with all knowledge. So how is it that he isn’t aware you two are madly in love?
The truth, which the couple never intended to hide, comes to light on a simple day as Seven, (f/n), and Vanderwood walk down the empty streets of Seoul. (f/n) walks with her arms crossed and her gaze towards the ground while the two boys talk. Sure, Seven was curious to why she was with them, to be honest, but he wasn’t going to question it considering she was his friend. A purse dangled down her arm, holding her phone, money and keys.
She pulled the purse off of her arm and started to rummage through it after feeling the vibration of a text against her stomach. It was then that she was shoved to the ground, her purse pried out of her hands, and she falls on top of her face, barely able to put her hands out.
Before Seven, or (f/n), for that matter, can even comprehend what has just happened, Vanderwood is sprinting towards the fool who dared hurt (f/n). He is on top of the man in an instant, pinning him to the ground whilst calling officials. Seven watches with his mouth agape at how the agent who always bickers with the (h/c) girl and calls her cruel names is quick to her defense.
The girl stands back up in shock, her hands out in front of her as her small form starts to shake rather violently. The tough persona (f/n) always carries shatters as she comes to the verge of tears, her delicate (e/c) eyes watering. Her cheeks are now soggy and blotched, stained with tear streaks. Seven moves to comfort her, but before he can reach her with a small gesture, Vanderwood is in front of him cupping the back of her neck and pulling her to his chest in a bone crushing hug. They wrap their arms tightly around each other as if they are afraid one of them will slip away, and all Seven can do is watch in shock. Certainly did not see this coming, he ponders to himself.
Vanderwood softly shushes her, rocking her back and forth as she cries into his chest. He pulls back, draping his leather jacket over her shoulders than gently cupping her face. His large thumbs wipe at her soft cheeks, ridding them of the wet tears. His look is so tender; It’s something Seven never thought he would see Vanderwood poses.
“Look at me,” he says to (f/n). The girl shyly looks up at him, rubbing her eyes before running her hand through his hair. “You know I’ll always protect you and back you up, so there is no need to cry. You’re safe and always will be.” He pulls her in for a gentle kiss, their lips softly brushing against each others, every so often pulling a little harder. She wraps her arms around his neck, pulling him down so she can whisper into his ear, “I love you.” “I love you too, (f/n).” “Wait… what?” The couple turns their heads towards a bewildered red head who stands with his mouth a gape and his golden eyes wide. He stutters a little a he tries to comprehend what the fuck he just witnessed. The two… love each other?
“What?” The two say in unison which only makes Seven more confused.
“Are you two… together?” he finally inquires. (f/n) and Vanderwood look at each and Seven a couple times before nodding, before with a look of befuddlement on their faces.
(f/n) lets out a laugh which sounds more like a huff. “You didn’t know.” Seven gives her a no duh look before Vanderwood finally speaks up. His voice is no longer quiet or gentle like it had been. He almost seems angry when he spits:
“You’re supposed to be one of the best hackers and most intelligent people in the world, and you seriously didn’t know me and (f/n) have been together for a year and half? We’re literally discussing marriage! You really are an idiot.”
And now Seven finally knew, and as he ponders on it, everything becomes much more clearer. You two are always bickering and criticizing each other. But now he remembers the short signs of affection. How he would slyly give her his food or help her to reach something. How she would always help him with chores, and the time she followed Vanderwood into Seven’s room to help make the… bed…
“…Wait.”
