Happy One Year Anniversary!

Wow it is crazy to think that a year ago today, I was shown a video that made me go “haha, Leo’s kinda like that” over and over again until halfway through I was like “…wait”. Then I sent a tweet out talking about it. The rest is history 🥰💙✨

I am so grateful for my friends (and now co-creators WOOO) and all their hard work and fantastic brains as we’ve ping ponged art and writing and concepts off one another. We spent much of our early months developing the story in private, and had quite a fun time doing so! In fact, we are still doing that, and as each arc comes up, we have gathered more details and inspiration to help us form a rich story and develop the characters (fan and original alike) to grow and change. Seriously it’s been the most fun I’ve ever had working on a project, and it’s wild to think it’s been a YEAR!

Thank you so much to all of you out there who support our work. It means the world to us to get comments and asks and likes and reblogs. We have been hard at work and everyone’s efforts are incredibly appreciated by me and by the team. I know updates have been slower but I don’t plan on dropping this story. It means too much to me.

Hello, Starr here!

I just wanted to say that I apologize for updates being slower. I’ve had a LOT going on, holy HECK. An overwhelming amount of things, all at once (boooooo). But the good news is that the last two updates, and probably most of the remaining future ones of this arc, are going to be hefty in word count. I hope that makes up for the wait!

I also wanted to say that our One Year Anniversary is coming up very soon! April 1st babyyyy.

I am thinking of hosting some kind of event during the month of April so keep your eyes peeled and maybe turn on post notifs if needed. 😌

Solar Eclipse Chapter 6: Reflection

The week of Leo’s fight, Big Mama sent him a package. It appeared in his room with a swirl of magic, leaving behind a thin white box with a red ribbon and six red spider eyes stamped on the top. Attached was a note that read “Good Luck” in swirly font.  Leo leaned over his bed and lifted it off the ground, placing it in his lap, mouth pursing in suspicion as he untied the ribbon and lifted the lid of the box. “Oh, what the hell?” Sitting amongst purple silk was a mask. Or, what Leo assumed had to be a mask. It was flat, only curving to fit over the contours of his face, and completely black. It was polished to a shine that mirrored his surprised and confused expression back at him, all obsidian with the under-splash of something holographic in nature when turned just right.
