One of my favorite things about Killing Eve is that Villanelle is a super trained highly intelligent assassin but she’s just… BAD with a gun.
Confirmed Kills:
A man laying on the ground 2 feet in front of her.
(Has to fire 2 shots. Just in case.)
A man sitting in a chair 2 feet in front of her.
Missed Shots:
A wimpy office worker armed with only a telephone 5 feet away from her.
Approximately 8000 bullets into the side of an SUV.
Wastes so many shots on Frank that she has to switch guns because she runs out of ammo. Eventually has to resort to killing him with a knife.
A fat old man running away from her.
When she finally lands a shot on said fat old man, he’s standing 10 feet in front of her, telling her to shoot him, and she STILL can’t hit a killing blow.
She fires a second shot at the injured fat old man laying half dead on the ground to finish the job…. and misses.
Several shots on a woman 10 feet away, unarmed, walking toward her, with nothing but an open fridge door for cover.
A woman with her guard down and back turned to her no more than 20 feet away.
Honestly it’s a wonder that that “warning shot” she fired at Eve’s feet didn’t go straight through her heart.

the killing eve soundtrack is 90% sexy breathy women singing about loving women and killing
the other 10% are songs in other languages but I can only assume they are also about loving women and killing

This outfit was a personal attack on my queerness.
This scene was too much. But it wasn’t just the outfit though. It was Villanelle’s entire attitude while she was wearing it too that fucked me up.
How she fixed her suit. The way she paced around Eve, changing her accents, playing her little psychological mind games with her. The way her voice drops when she finally settles on the perfect persona. How she puts her hands in her pocket and stares at Eve. The visible height difference between them showing how much taller Villanelle is in that moment. How she’s the one in control.
The confidence (even arrogance) that she emits during this entire scene was just…ugh…she was really feeling herself and that’s what tied the whole thing together for me.

Exclusive: Killing Eve's international assassin Villanelle takes on one of most alarming and convincing disguises yet
While Ms Comer has usually been dressed in the height of fashion for her iconic role, in the photos showing her filming with Shaw in North London last week she is almost unrecognisable in a standard-issue police helmet and high-vis yellow jacket. (Read More)
