my favourite thing about slay the princess is that you’re canonically some giant, bird-like monstrosity, like an actual abomination perfectly suited for cosmic horror, and yet the princess is so good at making you feel small and pathetic that you regularly get your ass kicked, back broken, heart stabbed, molecules and atoms ripped apart, etc. like imagine if an eldritch beast was a loser. and believed it was handsome. and liked to preen. and also had no idea how enormous or terrifying it was, like a dire wolf that thinks it’s a lap dog. that’s it, that’s the game

The Opportunist is obviously a duplicitous little shit, but I like him. He has several moments that come off as very much 'evil creature wants to be loved.'

I like the Voice of the Hunted. I like that his contribution to Den was essentially just going "you realize we have claws and teeth too right?"

A+ advice. Made all the other voices very uncomfortable.

Gary or something? Idk, that man is so indistinct I’m just wildly guessing. Pretty sure he’s not supposed to have fangs though but I drew some anyway. His torso is too humanoid.

I also just kinda assumed that he was named by the Narrator. Which i find sweet, like the Narrator or the person who left behind the Narrator obviously cared about him probably more than they intended to.

I know "Gary" was an april fools joke but I actually really liked the idea that the Long Quiet had a normal name the entire time. He was supposed to think he was a person in the construct right? Him having a name would kind of make sense.
