The thing that frustrates me about saying Orin has misogynist writing is that the reasons they state for it (she's sexy, her plot uses sexual abuse for the shock factor, she's treated as unpredictable, evil, eccentric, and less trustworthy than her peers because of her chaotic nature) are the same things Astarion's character is praised for. But his story is considered a revolutionary exploration of trauma, while her story is considered sexist schlock specifically because it's a woman going through all that.

jesus christ the online store outfit square enix just added is outright predatory. normally one of the outfits they sell on there is $18 for all 5 pieces. for this one they released 2 variants of the same outfit for $18 EACH and don't even include the hat and gloves, which are sold separately for $6

All the love and affection due to anyone who reblogs screenshots of my characters, because I love reading people's tags, It makes the ADHD dopamine go brrrr. But.

The term "mod-pilled" that floats around between my two braincells may be a bit derogatory, but encapsulates some of my ever-present concerns with mods. These being the seeming lack of vanilla game knowledge and the assumption that everyone else mods.

I don't use any mods or plugins outside shaders. The extent of posing I do is pausing standard emotes and camera placement. In the case of the tags I've been reading recently, I have to point out and concur that the fem hrothgar /spectacles emote is fantastic but has little to do with me posing anything.

In conclusion, you're a silly sausage if you've read this.
