I've explained that lengthy on my Tumblr long ago, but no-one saw it, so : the disappointing answer to that is :

Dio and Giorno's 3D models were extracted from the All Star Battle and Eyes of Heaven games and imported into another one called Resident Evil 5, replacing the original characters, copying their rigs and all. That cutscene you're seing is normally Chris and Sheva arguing at the end of a chapter.

So no, there is no game or movie you're not aware existed, this is only fan made mods that I thought looked pretty and decided to make gifs of, because why the hell not.

Sorry if you've been asked this before but where did you get those Jojo models to put into Resident Evil 5 I think it was? (I almost never fully watch the cutscenes in that game so I'm not 100% sure if it;s that)

Well, I must say I’m surprised, I wouldn’t have guessed anime models into other games would get this attention, especially since that’s RE5 we’re talking about and nobody cares about it. (╯◕_◕)��� I’ve just posted those gifs, so no, I havn’t been asked a lot about them, and certainly not about where the models come from.（　´∀｀）But where the gifs come from. So :

The gifs I post with anime characters in video games are model imports.

That means you extract their 3D models from their games ( All Star Battle and Eyes of Heaven for Jojo, the Pirate Warriors for One Piece, etc ) and import them in another one, replacing the original characters. Those mods, as it’s called, were mostly created by my sister, who extracted the models herself, and gave them to me in hands. They’re not on the internet. The other person I take mods from is a friend that do them as a favor, so he sends them to me, but they’re not on the internet either. To be very precise :

I usually use such mods for Resident Evil Revelations, Revelations II, Resident Evil 5 and 6.

The person who did most of these mods was Disconected-Limbs-Kim.

But Giorno Giovanna showed in Resident Evil 5 was done by the Chief.

The mods will obvisouly never be shared, not by me anyway, since I’m not the author. If you want to know the reason modders always stop sharing their mods after some time, I’ll tell you why.

That’s because they work for months to gather enough skills to do what they do because the modding community is always very small no matter the fandom and the tutorials and modders willing to help are extremly rare.

When they’re finally sucessful, they decide to share their mods with everyone because they know they would like that if they were in their stead. They do that out of simple kindness.

What they get for that are complains. They don’t want people to worship them for their skills, but whinning about their methods, about the rigs, every smallest bugs without considering the fact that making a perfect model import is almost impossible is just off putting. Instead of offering support or a simple thank you, they only ask for more, always more. “Now do the facial animations.” “Can you make Liara from Mass Effect ?” And so on.

Worst case is when they go as far as threatening. Yes, that happens. Disconected-Limbs-Kim can assure you of that. When she released her first mod, people only complained and told her they were gonna steal her anyway. You can’t blame her for stopping to share her mods when she had such a bad start.

This is sad, because by stopping, you don’t help the community grow, but you always end-up disgusted by the behavior you recieve once you start making mods. I’ve been in these shoes too for Mass Effect modding, I don’t know why it started to be like this, but it’s really unpleasant and I don’t see why we should put that stress on us when it’s useless and we could just not.

So these mods are only meant for fun, not sharing. For those of you that may be disappointed ( if anyone is even interrested, lol ) I’m sorry. I don’t want to sound rude, really, believe it, hey I was known as the kindest modder where I was releasing my mods, sweet and eager to help. I liked it when I was working on it, but not after I started releasing. So that’s just to inform you. My anger about that has settled down, but that’s just how it works.
