A couple of well timed 360 tail blunt slides, so we recently returned to the island nation of Aruba and returnd to a hill we had scoped out and skated in the past this time with new tricks and years more experience under our belts, this hill is an absolute blast and out in the middle of very dry arid desert we had so much fun shredding it again and have more of this to come. Always bring your board when you travel

Do you have any suggestions on how to break the habit of pushing mongo? It's how I learned because it was what was most comfortable and no one really told me it's not the best way to go about it, but it tends to be inconvenient trying to trick and slide. So any suggestions are much appreciated!

I actually started out pushing mongo. The way I got over it was by mixing in regular pushes with my mongo pushes until you just use regular pushing. Once you've been doing it for a while it becomes natural. I still use mongo pushes when my leg used for regular pushing is tired. -Lukas

i recently put longboard trucks and wheels on my skateboard to try and be able to things that are a little more technical, but the shortness of the board makes it too wobbly to do much. been thinking about picking up a new longboard deck instead. any suggestions for the deck, style-wise? id like to start sliding and learning some tricks. also my wheels are on the softer side, what hardness for wheels do you recommend for sliding? thx

We typically ride around 80-86a wheels 70-75mm and currently we both rock eastide mach3 boards which you can crush just about anything free ride and freestyle on

Have never ridden them, they appear fine as a cruiser as far as I see but not necessarily performance skating.

What type of boards do u guys have? I have a drop through. I'm thinking about getting a new one

lukas rocks an eastside mach 3 currently and I was rocking a bustin sportster but it snapped on an early grab, I'm probably headed in the top mount direction myself i love drops but they have a tendency to break at the weakpoint and we have gone through a ton of gear. There’s all kinds of different boards depending on when we were filming
