It's a highly unorganized and unprofessional company, they don't have an HR team, they don't have an operation team, and they are a four-person team; they always delay messages, and they will never answer your call. I was hired for the customer support team, and they made me do all other work that is not connected to customers. The entire system has 2 email id - team@thesteploboards.com / care@thesteploboards.com

There was no training organized, or given, we were asked to check the online video, learn, and submit the task. And when I questioned them about being non-supportive and releasing my salary for 14 days in May 2024,. I received a termination email. I was not surprised because they never intended to pay anyone.

I am following up every day for my pending dues As per their commitment, they were supposed to be released on June 7, 2024, but unfortunately, till date, they are waiting for approval.

Imagine if they could torture an employee so much, What would they do with the customer?
