Dear selfshippers,

I hope you never fall into the whole competition trap of social media !!

Selfshiping is not a competition, nor a war for you to prove anything !! You don't have to prove anything to anyone and having validation of others will not bring you anything !!

Having external validation might feel good and ease your insecurities at first but it will not solve anything, it will only leave you empty afterwards and you will fall into the validation circle and always look for validation from other people !

Try to work on your insecurities if you can, try to connect to your f/o as much as you can and do not compare to others ! Easy to say, I know but it's better than to fall into the endless and toxic validation and competition loop !

You are enough, your f/o loves you no matter what, you're the right person for them !!!
