Vouch Flex Fins
All our fins are made by Larry Allison in California, from 6oz. Volan cloth and all feature our special foil. This foil has a blunt leading edge to stiffen the base and front edge of the fin, leaving the trailing edge and tip to be free to flex as the water moves over it. Basically has a tonne of drive but flexes when pushed hard and will twang back as you start coming out of a turn.
L - R : Displacement Hull side bite - to be used as side bites on wider tailed Displacement Hulls, where just that little extra bit of bite helps them through turns and drive off the bottom.
9” Displacement Hull Volan Flex Fin - Our everyday fin for Displacement Hulls, this fin works perfect as a single fin or coupled with the side bites. Can also be used in shorter Rolled Vee #3’s. More upright template for supreme drive off the bottom which is the order of the day with any Displacement Hull.
9.5” Greenough-ish Volan Flex Fin - Based off a Greenough 4A template, the full base on this fin helps keep the board nice and stable when on the nose, but a gentle tapering, flexible tip helps spring you out of turns and obtain instant gratification. Perfect for logs and also longer 8 foot mid lengths.
9.75” Velzy-ish Volan/Yellow Flex Fin - Based off an original Velzy template, this fin is pure magic. Works in everything from 7 foot up to 9 foot. This is our flagship fin for our Rolled Vee’s. Springy off the bottom and holds through turns to slingshot you back out into the next section, my favourite fin of all time.

LOG
This is totally classic log. flat rocker on deck which easier to set rail on waves and stepping. but it got concave on nose which helps you staying longer on tip. The balance of rocker on bottom is so good as you feel when you just paddle and feel more when you catch waves. it goes so smooth and easier to set rail on. Not even that, this board got bit of tail flip which makes turing easier. If you get bored with wider nose rider kind of board, it's time to get on this model and explore newt stage...

ROLLED VEE #3
Born around the same time as the 2nd Gen, we were wanting to make something that could purely be taken out in overhead waves. The plan shape was narrowed down and the tail given a more intense chopped square. The Vee through the bottom is still rolled in the nose and through the middle, but opens into a more panelled Vee in the tail. Purely to help the board hold in with steeper takeoffs and bigger waves. Rails are slightly more boxy to be a little more forgiving when the waves are bigger and slightly bumpy. Made for guys looking for a mid length board that handles a more aggressive approach and loves to be surfed hard from the tail.
Comes standard with a 9” Hull Vouch volan flex fin.
Lengths from 7’0” to 7’9”

ROLLED VEE #2
Made after riding the 1st Gen for around 12 months. Wanting to shrink down what we already had, so it could be surfed in bigger waves and also surfed a lot harder from the tail. The roll is a lot more intense the whole way through the bottom especially in the nose, which will help with locking the board into the face on bigger, more sucky waves. The nose has been pulled in slightly also to help with this. Tail width is brought in slightly also so it can be surfed a lot harder from the tail.
Β  Rails are quite similar to the 1st Gen, however slightly more knifey through the middle of the board.
Comes standard with a 9.5” Velzy style Vouch volan flex fin.
Lengths from 7’6” to 7’10”

ROLLED VEE #1
Originally made to ride as an alternative to clunky 9 footers, we based this around McTavish's boards in Hot Generation. Paul always hated flat panel Vee's as they were too tracky. So we took the flat panel away and replaced it will a rolled Vee. This roll continues all the way through the board and helps with getting the board on rail where it loves to be surfed from, rather than pivoted from the tail.
The rails start quite 'up' in the nose running through to 50/50 and then flowing into a 60/40 'down' rail in the tail, all soft and flowing.Β
Perfect for guys not wanting to ride longer boards but still wanting that trim feeling, and also wanting a longer board that can still be "surfed" properly and put on rail.
Comes standard with a 9.5” Velzy style Vouch volan flex fin.
Lengths from 8’0” to 9’0”

DISPLACEMENT HULL
Displacement Hulls are nothing new. Whether it was Greg Liddle, Greenough, Michael Cundith or Wayne Lynch, they have been around for years and guys have quietly been going about their business riding them and having a blast.
Vouch Displacement Hulls are made to surf more types of waves than you’re average intense hull design, rails have a little more volume and the amount of belly in the nose is reduced from some others interpretations. This helps them perform in anything from head high lined up walls, to junky beach breaks.<br> These boards are all about rider enjoyment and even when a displacement hull is surfed well, it rarely yields much visual enjoyment to a viewer watching from the beach. Once you get this feeling while riding, you will understand and may never want to go back.
Comes standard with a 9” Hull Vouch volan flex fin and volan side bites.

80's THRUSTER
This model is replica of 80's era of short board by Simon Jones. Low rocker, medium boxy rail, eagle nose… Bit of meat on top half which makes more glidability. But we learned it's hard to turns so skimmed tail for easy snap turns, slush back and actions. If you like Martin Potter back in the day and wanna surf like him, this is the one you are looking for. This board covers all types of waves so enjoy shredding.

SIMMONZ
This is typical type of Simmons but bit different on bottom contour. It got deep wide channel from 1/3 to where fins located which floats more and reduce resistance. You feel the water going through the channels and going so smooth and fast. This got lots of meat but 60:40 rails makes you turn easier with all types of waves. This is the type of board you need for small waves.

STAND UP SPOON
After surfing The Spoon a hell of a lot, we always wanted to make a smaller Displacement Hull work with a scooped out Spoon looking deck. Hutcho nailed it first go, as usual. With same bottom curves as all our Displacement Hulls, it’s slightly less intense than the standard Spoon and as such a whole heap easier to ride.
Can be ridden same length as a Spoon, being around 5 foot, or can be ordered anywhere up to 6 foot.
Comes standard with a 9” Hull Vouch volan flex fin and volan side bites.
Lengths from 5’0” to 5’10”
