Well, this can't really be done instantly, but I'm glad you asked! So, there's some boring stuff you can do like make your skin really dry or bathe in ink, although, that's only temporary, I assume you want permanent grey. To do this, it's pretty simple, although it'll take a lot of time. Basically, what you want to do is to constantly be exposed to lots of silver. Any product with silver in it like specific lotions and skin creams. also fish, milk, mushrooms, and whole grains tend to have silver in them! So tldr, consume lots of silver!
