In the rewrite, the Ginger kids become apprentices of the Ancients and Elementals. Most specifically Pure Vanilla, Hollyberry, and Moonlight. Gingerbrave with PV, Gingerbright with Hollyberry, and Gingerdozer with Moonlight.

PV and Gingerbrave due to both having similar values, Hollyberry and Gingerbright because both are chaotic in their own way of living, and Moonlight and Gingerdozer due to the association with dreaming and starry night skies. OUHHHH i’m just having silly ideas about them in their future and how they soon develop their own kind of magic when they go under apprenticeship.

Au designs for the Ginger kids!! There’s two versions: Before the Portal and After the Portal, they were given a special kind of “jewelry” from Sugar Swan to help with their lack of magic. They’re probably adopted by Milennial Tree at this point. And yes Gingerbrave uses a walking stick.
