questioning therian

ive known the term therian since summer 2022, but only recently found out the actual meaning. ive gone around saying im a fox therian for a while now but im not sure if i really am or if ive brainwashed myself lol. one thing i do know is that if i am a therian, my identity is non-physical. but i would like tips on finding out if youre a therian and finding your theriotype. ok that was it 4 now baiii :3

as an alterhuman, im sick of all the misinformation being spread in our community about therians, mostly on tiktok too lol. "it's a non-physical identity!" not always lol. and if it is physical, it doesnt mean ur a zoanthrope?? people dont know what identities are anymore. and its sick ( negatively ofc ) that people are demonizing zoanthropy like it isnt a delusion??? that you cant control??? and people saying its a connection or watering it down to just shifting and past lives... omfg. ok that was my rant baiiii :3
